ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — bank is not helping to withdraw the policy 22270813 | |||
Hi, i have two policies with icici prudential. I have been paying 1, 01000 annually for five years and the policy never seen a profit, i have taken another policy last year stupidly, and realised i am at losing end. I called bank many times to withdraw the policies but there is no help from the bank regarding this. Infact i am advised i cannot withdraw once i have joined. I cannot afford to pay anymore as my income is not the same. I need bank to let me withdraw my both policies and not invest my funds anymore for both these policies: 22270813 and 19660889. ICICI Employees took money for investing in ELSS, however at the final day of submission, they informed saying eKYC is done but cKYC is not there and rejected forcing me to take ULIP at the last minute. No customer service or board number was available for call. Called every number mentioned there and ended without response.
