Dear Sir/Madam
I bought IPRU LIFE TIME CLASSIC policy no 38457744 in 2019.
Till date i had paid yearly premium of rs 3, 60, 000 for three years.
I mailed icici prudential to give the present value of my policy on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
But in each mail they are responding that as below:

Some Years back I had given a Standing Instruction to automatically debit the insurance premium from my then active credit card.

At the time of setting up this SI, I had submitted the Credit card number along with the expiry date to the ICICI Prudential website.

Last year the credit card expired.

ICICI Prudential tried to charge my card last year which failed as card expired. I did manual Payment.

This year again they tried charging the same card even though knowing that the card has expired. Again I made a manual payment.

For both these ICICI has charged me a Bounce fee of 150 each(Total 300)

Now when I call up Customer care to remove this standing instruction, They asked me to send email to [protected]@iciciprulife.com
and [protected]@iciciprulife.com

But to my surprise they want me to visit a branch during this lockdown in Maharashtra that too to just disable a non functional Standing instruction. This is like trying to create maximum inconvenience to the customer so that they can keep charging a bounce fee. Where as ICICI promotes itself as no#1 internet banking.

Request :
1. ICICI Should cancel the SI on call or email as anyways its not functional
2. ICICI Should not be attempting a charge on my card when I have already communicated an expiry date. Hence the bounce fees is wrongly charged should be refunded.

    Sir,

    With reference to our above claim & policy, in spite of repeated attempts with your Mr. Namrit Shah & Mr. Mohit(contact person from ICICI), we have not been paid our full claim as per the circular of inclusion of COVID-19 in our policy of Hospital Care II. In spite of repeated meeting with the above-mentioned people, they have not been to solve our query. Upon asking for clarification as to why our claim has been passed for such a low amount, we have not received satisfactory answers.

    IRDA Circular also states that you have to pay as per the guidelines of COVID-19, which is included in our policy mentioned above. What we have received is only ‘daily hospital cash benefit’ We have not received any claims for the COVID-19 treatment.

    I am the holder of this policy since past 8 years and renewing it every year. As COVID-19 is new and is included in our policy, it has to be categorised based on the severity. One in every 5 people admitted to the hospital of my age group dies. Which is a 20% ratio as per the statistics available in the market. Hence, it is as severe as any life-threatening surgery. Hence, it should be considered in the Severe Category. Any claim pertaining to COVID-19 should be settled with maximum pay-out. Which we have not received.

    Our claim was for Rs. 5, 80, 000/- approximately. Actual claim passed was of Rs. 43, 000/- (which is the daily hospital cash benefit). Claim for the treatment of COVID-19 has not been considered at all.

        The above policy was surrendered n the original policy was handed over to CRM, Mr Prince Mishra n wanted our premium paid by cheque drawn on Central Bank, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Later, when we realised our inability n needed our money back. But, in spite of several calls, msgs, we had not recd our money back. Now, we cd not reach him over phone as he blocked our Nos. We want that Rs. 50, 000 + intt for delayed payment. Now we r shifted to Chennai n personal visit is impossible for us due to old age, tidious n expensive.

          4 years back, I went for fd in icici bank, but they fooled me and said life insurance is a better option for you.             Wrong name mentioned on Cheque - Policy no 00011907

            Above mentioned POLICY 00011907 got matured on Apr 1, 2021and I received a payment but the name mentioned on the cheque (Ch no 725443 Dt 01/04/21) has wrong spelling of my name. Where as policy document mentions correct name "MANEESH RUSTAGI" but issued as by wrong spell in my family name "RASTOGI"

            I would request to correct the name and issue new cheque or transfer the amount to my account in ICICI bank....

                I purchased an ICICi Prudential Cashback Plan back in 2014. I have successfully paid my all 5 annual premiums on time.
                From 6th Year, i was supposed to get an Amount of Rs.17890 annually for 10 years but this is the 3rs Cashback I have recieved which Rs.10, 000 less than what promised.
                I raised the concern to ICICI Prudential and Sandeep Bakshi as well but they said this the amount whi was supposed to get.
                I have shown them the Bond where the cashback amout is clearly mentioned that Rs.17890 annually. I have asked them if this was not the amount I was supposed to get then why it is printed here. Also I would never have purchased this Insuran

                if I would know that the amount in return is so less. At the time of purchase they told me amout would be Rs.17890 which is also mentioned in Original Bond.
                This is complete case of fraud done by ICICI PRUDENTIAL.

                      I have a policy with ICICI pru life which was not performing for me. So I decided to discontinue this policy. I had a chat with their customer care and told them that i don't want to discontinue this policy. Premium payment date was 8th february and now after ~2 months they debited my saving account on . This is a fraud.

                            Cancellation of policy

                            I have raised a cancellation request for my policy before the freelook period of ICICI terms and conditions (30 days). But however, its been already passed more than 60 days, and sending a continuous reminder for the second-month payment reminder. They are not canceling the policy as I have raised multiple requests and sent multiple emails and also lodged a complaint in the ICICI grievance cell. when purchasing a policy they used to respond...

                            I am making repeated reques since Feb 4, 2020. My policy details No: 00071137This has vesting date 31 Jan 2021, I opted for life long pension for myself and my wife with nominee my daughter for return of purchase amount.Application is given at Anna Nagar branch on 4 Feb 2021 as requested by company. Suddenly I get credit of Rs.164864.29 credited to my Federal Bank account instead of full Pension.
                            I understand some new policy Number 90927155 has been issued.
                            I have not the document, have no idea of the Pension amount, Corpus, Interest applied for ###.
                            No one replies to why 1/3 of corpus is returned back to me despite my request for full pension. I escalated to 2nd level

                              This is to inform you I Mr. Raghavendra Shiva Gowda holding a ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd - ICICI Pru Super Protect - Credit - UIN - 105N176V01 and the Policy No. 48494689 Dtd 15/11/2019.

                              The Icici Bank Executive at the time of taking the policy they have promised that this policy covering time will till the time your Home Loan Exist, But have called to the Customer care they have inform me that this policy is only for 10 Yrs.
