I have raised a cancellation request for my policy before the freelook period of ICICI terms and conditions (30 days). But however, its been already passed more than 60 days, and sending a continuous reminder for the second-month payment reminder. They are not canceling the policy as I have raised multiple requests and sent multiple emails and also lodged a complaint in the ICICI grievance cell. when purchasing a policy they used to respond for all activating and payment settings, once done no one is responding. Completely disappointed with ICICI customer service.
Finally, at least take a priority from here and cancel my policy and refund paid premium amount.

Updated by lavakumar42 I have raised a cancellation. But they haven't done cancellation and started using deducting money from my account. I don't what sort of service you are giving to customers. fed up with your services
