Dear team,
I requested icici bank to get me a life insurance policy only if i'm eligible to get this policy. After team a confirmation from underwriter of icicipru, i submitted the documents. Here i repeated asked ms shubhangi about the issuance of the policy, on this she said she has already spoken to her boss mr. Deepak pareek hence you are eligible to this plan. I applied for this policy starting of the march which before this panoramic and now i came to know that policy has rejected.in fact 1st time they rejected for no valid reason bcz medical was ok, when i insisted for the reason, i came to know that it was rejected due wrong details put by the icici pru staff. So after this they refunded my amount to my cc bcz i made payment from icici bank cc for which i'm paying interest, emi conversion charges and now when i will cancel emi on cc again icici bank will charge me. I had told ms. Shubhangi that il be making payment payment thru cc so if you can't issue me a policy, let me know now only, i don't want to pay charges on cc. After the refund, ms. Shubhangi was behind me to make another payment which i made immediately. Again after making a payment i had to continuously do the follow up with ms. Shubhangi and after one month of religious follow up (Which was tremendous pain) i came to know that policy is rejected for the reason "plan not available". From all of this i came to know :
1. Staff does not have adequate knowledge.
2. Just to release temporary target pressure, they give false commitment to customers. By login same customer policy they can show it as double business.
3. Staff is not bothered about the customers money.
4. Icici pru is using customers money, earning interest on it and then rejecting policies.
5. Im sure they are using forge documents too issue policies hence i want you to investigate the documents they submitted for my policy.
6. I want charge reversal on all my charges of cc levied while purchasing this policy.
7. Apology letter for this pathetic service and harassment bcz now if i approach some other company they will ask me if any if any policy is rejected hence chances of getting another policy is impossible. If they would have told before applying, i would have approach some other company. Icici prudential has wasted my time, money and energy.
8. I would also be requesting irda to remove licenses from. Such employees who do not have basic knowledge of policy plans and selling insurance. They should atleast hace basic knowledge before applying for policies. Although i know this is a scam and strategy to reduce sales target pressure and use customers money.
I would request you please investigate in this.

    We approached the nearer Icici branch to open Fd . But the BM and others forced to take Icici prudential elite policy 23727147.

    Since due to our medical expenses and financial crisis, asking them to refund our investments, I have sent mail to BM of nearest Icici and spoke to prudential person .

    Since our investment is huge and we need our money back for our medical expenses, he asking proof for each and everything . If anything accidentally happens., then we are the loser . They are emotionally locking us to continue and no further response after several mails . Initially they told we can take our money in urgent basis and the amount will be doubled after 5 years . But so far there is no progress also . They are not even caring our financial crisis and our medical issues . We are not asking for any claim . We are asking our only investment as there is no other go .

    We need justice on this and we need our only investment back as now no income at this critical stage . People are very cruel and very irresponsible . At any cost we need our money and if not they have to bear total cost of our loses . Seeking somebodies advice and help in this regard we want your intervention and
    Look in to this matter urgently as no one giving proper response except forcing us to continue and emotionally loving us

    I have to move forward with my mothers Medical expenses. So far not getting any favorable reply and when we are not having no source on income, we are not getting refund and unable to admit my mother also for her treatment

      We took a policy and now i have paid 2 premiums yearly. The premium amount is very high and since now we are in need of huge amount for medical expenses, we at least need the amount invested and we can not continue to pay premium too.

      When we visited nearest icici branch to create an FD. While processing this request, bank employee made us to meet with a Marketing agent of ICICI Pru Life insurance for an alternative investment scheme.

      The Marketing agent explained most of the benefits to us but did not communicate any of the yearly fixed expense we would be incurring if we were asked to invest in The policy. That time we were not known under which fund/scheme And we were not explained
      In Detail about The Same .

      Since we need huge amount for our
      Medical expenses Now and we have no other option except this investment apart from our small other savings.

      When we saw the statement Today we were really shocked
      For two years premium Paid is 20l
      Charges for insurance cover Rs. 107970

      Premium invested. 1886710
      It’s really cheating and already we are in deep trouble .
      Since we need amount immediately for our medical expenses, we have no other option to deal our issues.

      I have sent mail to the nearest branch manager and sales person Nawas and his investment manager.
      But now not getting proper response .

      Kindly look into and return the account amount immediately for our medical expenses.

      In spite of our health issues, we are in contact with prudential people but simply wasting our time and our health also due to the stress caused by this

      Please help us to refund the amount which we need at present urgently.

      Also my dad was being told that the free look up period will be 1 year where as in reality it is 15 days from the date of receipt of policy.

      The whole fraud is on account of false representation by the marketing agent who did not disclose the expense. Had that expense been disclosed to us at that point of time, we would have definitely not taken the policy.

          Hi, Pl approach directly ICICI-prudential by email/post/courier for pay out of survival benefit, if not credited within 30 days from the dt of your communication, then you may approach insurance ombudsman or consumer forum as the case may be otherwise cpa or iom may not entertain complaint.

            Working for icici lombard gic ltd kakinada as a usm on roles job.
            While studying my mba i wrote irda exam for subbu sir but i didn't active that code. After completion of mba i joined iffco tokio general insurance company ltd, then icici lombard gic ltd in 2018. At the time of joining, our hr asked about icici prudential licence. I showed it is inactive irda pan site. Then accepted to icici lombard. Now i want to change the job but in irda pan site shows the licence is inforce. Actually one of your employe called me in december 2019 for activation of my licence. I don't want to do business because now i am working for icici lombard. Now irda pan site shows updated it in the month of december 2019. Please help me for cancel the licence.

                    [protected] referance number, l have already raised a complaint regarding the money which got deducted from my savings account for a lapsed policy without any notice and i never got a policy bond r issuance details of the policy n which is brought on 2019 i ignored the plan after one year the money got deducted from the account stating its for icici prudential plan.
                    I have raised a complaint and i got a msg stating money will be transfered back to account on 20th march 2020 but u haven't gt any money, kindly refund back the money i need the money in this tough time.

                      commission of half yearly renewal of policy no 40273916 neelu mukherjee sir,.
                      Above was new policy & half yearly mode. I got commission 20.7.19 cycle rs 13021/ & rs7813/ 15% on 17.8.19. 2nd half yearly i got commission rs13021/ on 30.11.19 cycle but i have not 15% rs 7813/ till date. Even i visited my faridabad branch & emails on [protected]@iciciprulife.com & on helpline number.                           I got a call from a company which mentioned i have a bonus of 56000 rupees and that amount plus fund value is locked by the agent and amount will credit in to his account. I received this call from [protected] the name of the person was navin chaudhary. He mentioned he is an employee of icici prudential life insurance, mumbai head office. He also mentioned that he needs to get a cheque of rupees 50000 to bharti axa or hdfc life insurance to generate new customer i'd to remove agent locking code, from me to release the bonus of 56000 rupees, which is locked by agent id. He mentioned that i would get a token from icici prudential, which would be a number to release a letter from icici prudential.in all probability this is a fake call, but i would like icici to secure strict action is taken and no other policy holder is tricked in the same way. He mentioned this was a secret group within icici prudential and no emails or documents were generated for the same. Icici prudential needs to ensure data privacy for customers!!!

                              Hi I cancelled my proposal within 5-6 days of making the payment and that was well thinking the free lookup period and yet Im not getting any clarity on when I will get the refund..

                                I have taken this policy on 4th Aug 2018. As an agent of the company promised good returns. But after year and the performance of the fund was not quite good. So I have decided not to continue with the policy.

                                After not receiving a premium on time, Company support has started harassment calls. Even after refusing to continue with the policy. I kept on getting at least 3-4 calls...

                                  I have write multiple mails but no response recd yet.. They people miss guide to customer at the time of surrender. I hope you will check mails and twitter for more details. Pune office customer care person miss guide to me for first premium amount. Now they are deniying for first premium amount. Who will take care of loss of rs 18000/-???

                                    I have been worked with icici prudential life insurance company from the period 2009, my emp id was 571790 in the name of Krishna Singh. but unfortunately i lost my Relieving Letter.
                                    My email id and mobile no has been changed and i am not able to login ex employee portal. Kindly assist for experience certificate as i am in desperate need of the same for my new job.
