You people were calling daily to take the policy, since when i have made the payment you foolish people are neither calling me nor taking my calls. My policy has still not been issued. Medical test is pending. On your broucher it is written that our medical team will visit to take medical report. Why they people are not coming since i have informed to vinod sharma who were always calling by [protected] and[protected]. Now this foolish man is not responding. Either you proceed my policy or cancel the same.

Dear sir/madam,

I was told by icici pru representative that after surrendering my 2 existing icici pru life policies, they can arrange a new policy which will have few years (Less than 3 years) premium payment term for which total premium will not be much more than existing policies surrender value. I accepted for the offer and surrendered one of my policy but i received the policy with 12 years premium payment term with each year 1.5 lakhs as premium payment, which is huge and may be not possible to affordable for me. I initially opted for 10 years maturity period but they provided 12 years maturity period.

I asked the concerned manager why this is happening, after several days follow ups he replied that he has requested to change this policy premium term to five years, so he asked me to wait, i accepted and did so, but to this time this change has not come into effect and he is not replying to my calls or e-mails making it a frustrating experience.

So i want to please cancel my new policy[protected] without any losses.

Sir I have book aa flat in migsun villasa in sub vention plan and loan with ICICI bank Kaushambi branch they collect the documents from me for insurance saying that it is mendatory with home loan I said you will collect but hold my insurance procedure till I confirm today suddenly I get the email and message for my insurance policy generate...this is totally harrasement of human ...what should I do now more kindly suggest

I invested in iaf series iii... It's a complete scam.. Whilst seeking investment to the size of 25 lacs, they promised 25% returns and time limit of the fund should have closed long back... Three years they extended without any consent, rather they have forced investors to keep invested without any exit strategy for investor.

Gsip another policy we invested, again its a scam with thousands o[censored]nhappy investors due to icici misselling. Again thereto despite icici misselling investor is not returned even what he's invested and the proper officer mrs. Rashmi ben has not returned any answers to my 56 messages sent to her asking her to help a customer.

Icici elite wealth
Icici elite wealth, in this policy, the proper officers were so keen to sell the policy that they promised to pay cash back the 3% policy charges year on year.. Did return the 1st year charges but from the 2nd year defaulted to return the policy charges. When i stopped paying third year premium, again to induce customer that he pays the premium, they agree to cash back for 3rd policy year.. Our rm is the great mr preet.

About one crore rupees stuck with icici and have no response whatsoever from icici … any lawyer in reading, any law makers in reading, any irda officials in reading, any ombudsman in reading, any investment consultants in reading, any icici top officials in reading, pls come forward to help us secure refund of our monies invested with this rough company, whose failed in all conduct with a customer.

Invest in icici - never again... Consumers pls. Note.

Forcefully icici branch office applied this policy and smartly send all documents after 1 month of policy so that i can not take advantage of free look period. Now not accepting my cancellation request which is send by mail. Now i am not willing to have this policy of premium101000 rs. [protected]

The icici policy has been declined but there is no letter to mention the reason and when the refund is going to happen. Are they making money like this first taking money in advance and then delaying to refund and making us struggle?

I request you to please stop the below mentioned folio numbers for redemption process.

Actually i thought i want to stop monthly deduction in my saving bank account (Ecs cancelation), because last 10 months market is not good. And also i thought that i want with draw the amount when ever market is good (Redemption).

The above thinking i have expressed to icici bank habsiguda person...

I had taken policy in jan 2017 and in july 18 i had gone through angioplasty, but not claimed through icici pru, just informed them about the same in end of july 18.

In response to the same, we state that the aforesaid policy was issued on january 29, 2017 basis the application received. Further, due to non-receipt of renewal premium amount due for october 2018, the policy had attained to lapse status.

We understand that you had approached the company for reinstatement of the policy. Post evaluation, requirement for medical was triggered and we understand that the same was completed by you. On assessment, the request for revival of the policy was declined due to past medical history of angioplasty.

Accordingly, the company had processed the refund of premiums received under the policy and we understand that you are in receipt of the same.

We do hope to have addressed your concern.in case you are still dis-satisfied, you may write to our senior grievance redressal and compliance officer within 8 weeks. Click here to write to our compliance officer.

Signature forged by the employee. I am been issued an policy without my knowledge. The complaint was the icici prudential is playing with customer money, and they do as they wish and feel no action will be taken againts them. This incidence is similar they have issued a new policy by doing my signature on all the form as i had said that i don want do invest as that money is required for some other reason, the attached copy of forged signature is attached bellow pls help me in getting my money back by cancelling the policy this fraud employee and company is not ready to give any reply on my complaint as i am behind them for more than one month.

I would like to highlight the fraud done against me as i have been issued a policy without my knowledge, and my signature are also forged for doing that.
Have attached the copy of my forged signature. During this period i was not in mumbai when all this process has been done. This people are paying with customer money and misuuse it as per their requirement.

Kindly take it on high priority.

Dear sir,
I was given a policy no.[protected] icici pru elite life super - rp. The the terms and conditions of the policy is not as per confirmed by the bankers. I also called the customer care for cooling off of the policy and refunding my payment. Knowing that i presently am outside india they have refused saying that i have to physically go to cancel my policy which i cannot do fo the next 4 months. I have also replied to their communication email that cooling off may be carried out but no response received.
I have been fooled by the bankers even though i want to cancel the policy in the cooling off period i am unable to do so.

मैने अपनी bike passion xpro ka insurance 26 june 2018 को hero showroom मे ही 02 year का insorance करवाया था लेकिन icici insurance company के agent की गलती की वजह से मेरी bike के insurance मे केवल मेरा नाम और मेरी bike का no. ही सही था बाकी सभी detail गलत थी जिसकी वजह से मुझे अपनी bike का insurance september month मे cancel करवाया मैं agent से पछता तो हुँ तो वो कहता हैं कि अभी रुपये नहीं आये हैं मेरी bike का insurance cancel हुये 05 महीने हो गये है लेकिन मुझे अभी तक मेरे रुपये नही मिले है।
मैं बहुत ही परेशान हो गया हुँ।
मेने परेशान हो कर jago graham jago मे complaint कर दी है और मेरा complain no. 1118956 हैं।
अतः मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान शीघ्रता से करें। अनयथा मैं आपके विरुद्ध ligal action लुगा जिसके जिम्मेदार आप सवयं ही होगें।

One of the employee of icici prudential had done the policy in december 2018. The application number of the policy is os[protected]Future perfect). Since i did not like the features of the policy so i wish to cancel my policy, i have already submitted all the required form and the documents to the respective branch but no action has been taken. Branch employee is stating that the policy has been issued through provisional issuance due to non submission of the documents and the same has to come back to proposal status. Its been almost a month and the policy has not come to the proposal status. Kindly cancel my policy as soon as possible. Expecting a quick response on the same.

Its a surprise to see even after negative confirmation for the policy and constant resistance bank has issued the policy (Application no. Os10583281, icici pru life time classic).

I am an nri and this is very worng use of my funds without my consent. Policy seller has given constant wrong information and not ready the ackowledge the wrong given information even after policy is been issued (Without my consent). Kindly explain the deed, and just cancel the policy as it falls in freelook period.

This is regarding the policy no. 21523854 & 21206536, agent has given the wrong information to my father regarding the policy, actual policy is 7 years payment term with 10 years policy term, but agent has given wrong information and informed that we can take the money at any time even after one year, in believing this my father has deposited the inital amount and also signed ecs form, now because of ecs they have taken the amount for the year 2018. Now my father asked for the closure, but they are lying we have never said it is one year payment, we have to pay for 7 years. This kind of false promises are given to my father. Kindly take this into account and please take necessary action, kindly close this policy and refund our amount at the earliest.

With respect to above subject it is inform that policy bond of the said policy number 21713845 has not been received so far even after a year. So i am unable to know the policy terms and conditions and assured amount etc. Even after many complaints employee of icici, bhadshah nagar lucknow branch manager other employee sandeep tiwari is not responding and now pressurizing to pay 2nd premium without issuing the bond of the policy and also threatening through sms and phone calls
