This is regarding the policy no. 21523854 & 21206536, agent has given the wrong information to my father regarding the policy, actual policy is 7 years payment term with 10 years policy term, but agent has given wrong information and informed that we can take the money at any time even after one year, in believing this my father has deposited the inital amount and also signed ecs form, now because of ecs they have taken the amount for the year 2018. Now my father asked for the closure, but they are lying we have never said it is one year payment, we have to pay for 7 years. This kind of false promises are given to my father. Kindly take this into account and please take necessary action, kindly close this policy and refund our amount at the earliest.

    With respect to above subject it is inform that policy bond of the said policy number 21713845 has not been received so far even after a year. So i am unable to know the policy terms and conditions and assured amount etc. Even after many complaints employee of icici, bhadshah nagar lucknow branch manager other employee sandeep tiwari is not responding and now pressurizing to pay 2nd premium without issuing the bond of the policy and also threatening through sms and phone calls

      I having a policy bearing no. 31777757 have serious issue with the agent. False claims are made by your employers just to get promotions and cheat the customers. False claims are made by your agents and customers are befooled. My premium amount and time period was exceeded against my will. Also the agent refused to cancel my policy as he needed good reason to cancel the policy or else he won't close the policy. I would request you to take strict action against your this employee and also demote him. I strictly told him that my premium amount to be 50000 but he changed it to 100000 also premium period was increased from 5yr. To 7yr. This was extremely bad and felt betrayed. Looking for your concern into the matter and help me out in cancelling the policy as it is in look out period..

          I have taken a policy no. 07527608 dtd 25/1/2008 for term of 10 yrs and rs 20000/- and it have been matured on 24/1/2018 but at the time of maturity company have been paid in my account only rs 180701 by neft and rest of amount retained on the account of settlement period for next 5 year without my written consent and he does not bother to give me any details about the settlement. How can he do this without customer consent. Now i want to details about my policy like this:
          * total fund value at the time of maturity
          * total number o[censored]nit at the of maturity
          * total rest amount retained
          * total rest unit retained
          * current fund value

            Its a surprise to see even after negative confirmation for the policy by the name of mrs. Meghna, the icici pru application no. Os10378332 and the policy has been issued, by your c. E mr. Rajat, kindly explain the deed, and just freelook my policy, as i will furthur escalate this issue to the consumer forum, and all will be held answerable then.

              I had a life stage plan taken in the year 2008, as soon as i went to go for renewal installment payment, then found that it has already completed in jan 2018. Talking to local officials at shagun tower came to know that i can't get maturity amount, only 1.4 lacs i can get and rest 2 lac i have to invest further. Without giving me full information they have opened my new policy with a yearly premium of 2 lacs for next 5 years. This is not possible for me even in dreams to pay 2 lacs rs premium pa. Before going to consumer forum and other government punishments, i request you to transfer my rest of the amount of new policy of 2 lac back to saving the account. Else the case of cheating and mental harassment of heart patient with all fines you have to bear.

                I have taken an icici pru life insurance (Ulip) from the icici bank last year. I later realized that icici bank and icici prudential behave like two different companies - if you take a policy from prulife via icici, that is a blunder as the bank charges heavy brokerage in terms of allocation charges, service charge, etc. They are anyway brokers!

                Before i renewed my policy this year, i spoke to the original agent who got me the policy and he assured there will be no charges this year (2nd year). I got an email confirmation from him as well. However, to my surprise they have charged me even more this year. I paid 200, 000 as my premium, and what i actually see in my statement is less than 1, 79, 000 invested – that means 21, 000 has been taken from my account their brokerage / other charges. This is ridiculous!!!

                  I took a policy in the month month of august 2018 but still now i have not received any bond i consulted the branch many times but they are saying that i can't cancel the policy even the manager is playing double game over there is just saying mam please don't cancel the policy. This set if you're being 4.2 lacs at the end of the policy will be getting 7.2 lacs as the benefit but i when i enquired online and with other agents this is maximum i may get 4.5 lacs in returns the agents of laughing like anything and their feeding the people trusting on them invest just 60000 but still now i didn't receive a bond. I want to cancel my policy so what should i do

                    Dear sir,

                    I hold the above insurance policy which i purchased in dubai through your representative office. I have been paying the yearly premiums by buying aed drafts and handing over the same to your office. I have copies of the drafts with me. I have been recently informed that my policy will mature in feb 2018 and i need to decide whether to receive pension or to withdraw the entire lumpsum at once. I had initially asked icici prudential to transfer the proceeds to my demat account which is held with icici bank itself. This was declined for reasons known best to your institution. I then requested for forms to be filled up so i can withdraw my insurance proceeds in a lumpsum. This was 3 months back. I keep getting an automated message from mr. Srinivas manian that my mails are being addressed.
                    It is indeed very very disappointing to note that when investments are sought after, the customer is well treated and all queries handled promptly. I have recently been having a harrowing experience with the icici prudential as well as icici bank for basic information and updates.
                    I request you to please look into this urgently. My request is to provide me the forms so i can instruct where the funds are to be transferred. I have moved to canada from dubai since 2015. I can visit your office in mississauga or downtown toronto if need be. Please urgently address this issue of mine. This kind of alienating the client attitude speaks volumes of service that can be provided by your institution. Moreover, it makes me wonder if i should be investing my end of service funds which i received when leaving dubai with your business at all.

                      The marketing agent explained most of the benefits to dad but did not communicate any of the yearly fixed expense he would be incurring if he choose this investment scheme.

                      To our surprise, when we received our original policy document we came to know that out of rs 3.47 lacks approx which we have paid rs147000 has been deducted as expense and the balance i. E rs 2, 00, 000 has been invest as an yearly installment payment, for 5 year, that has not been told
                      Which is impossible for me to invest even in dreams.
                      The whole fraud is on account of false representation by the marketing team who did not disclose the expense. Had that expense been disclosed to us at that point of time, we would have definitely not taken the policy.

                            I, lakshmi murali is holding a account in icici bank of chinmaya nagar branch chennai. I have not applied for any life insurance policy and inspite of that they issued a policy without my knowledge. Moreover they have taken rs 5000 without prior notice. This is totally unacceptable and these people just want to meet their monthly monthly targets. Please do the needful and refund my money back.

                              Respected sir/madam,
                              I would like to bring to your notice than i have been cheated by an agent of icici bank. We have given 1, 17, 000 to the agent agreeing on june 13, 2017. But after a year we come to know that he has changed the agreed policy to icici prudential which we were not aware of and did not agree upon. The agent did not inform anything about icici prudential.
                              As my father was not literate the agent took signatures...

                                I went to icici bank gurgaon for sip of mutual funds.
                                Mr. Ankit rathor from icici told me he will visit to my house and do the needful.
                                He suggested me one mutual fund also giving insurance and having good returns.
                                I agreed on this and paid 1.2 lakh.
                                Later i came to know that it's not mutual fund having insurance.
                                It's an insurance i. E ulip.
                                This is totally fraud by icici.

                                  Dear sir.. I am kamini pandya.. I have taken 2 policies from icici prudential.. Policy number is 18459074 and 18464990 one on my name and second on my son's name.in the year 2014. For 2 yrs i paid 30000 in 18459074 and almost 40000 in other policy. Suddenly i lost my job and due to lack of financial conditions i was unable to pay any of my policies amt. I also sold my house from mumbai and shifted to vadodara. Aft 2 yrs i am requesting icici prudential to restart my policies or reverse me my money back but for both options they are not ready.. Now almost 75/80 k (After including my bonus) is not small amount. Icici prudential wants to eat all our hard-earned money. Till date i m struggling with them but they are not giving me my money back. I am so in problem.. Also i sold my house from mumbai shifted to vadodara in debts. Sir it's my humble request and i will really appreciate your help in this matter.

                                      Till date i not received matured amount.
