I was issued a policy no[protected] by mis and incomplete information with wrong address and old mail id which no more exists. After realizing the tricks i requested for cancellation of policy which it seems branch manager has initiated but my mails are not received due to wrong id which is not recognised.
I am over 20 year old wealth management customer and a un diplomat and requested for wealth creation instrument for 2-3 crore of my savings. I was mislead and due to unknown reason insurance product was sold iand i signed without knowing details incl lock in period. Kindly assist me to cancel the policy and legal action against agent who misguided and cheated me.

Due to unknown reason (May be age factor) policy was advised and issue on my wife name Kamini Gupta kindly look at complaint by name kamini Gupta policy no[protected] ICICI Prulife Elite Wealth super.

    Sir, i have a policy no.00530509 in the name of s. Balaji and for this policy the survival benefit due on 01st october 2018 is not being given to me and whenever i call the kodambakkam high road branch and also the customer service call center i am again and again given some false explanation and say it is under process. Till date (05.10.2018) the amount is not credited and i think that the organisation is trying to cheat me without giving the amount due to me.
    I request you to kindly take some action and please help me to get my amount along with penal interest for the delayed payment at the rate of 24% p. A.

    Also i would like to inform that nearly 2 months beforei have personally gone to icici prudential office, 2nd floor, bascon maeru, kodambakkam, chennai 600034 and handed over a original icici bank cheque duly cancelled and also a form for crediting directly to my account through neft/imps to mr. S. Periyanayakasamy (Branch relationship manager).

    Good Morning

    Till date even after complaint there is no action and almost 8 days completed my money (Survival Benefit) due on 01.10.2018 due from ICICI Prudential is not given to me or credited to my account. I wanted to know whether the company will be paying or not.

          I am not happy with the service on icici life insurance while giving time they had said u will get ur profit n bones accept tax when i visit on[protected] they said me that ur surrender value is 79 thousand with bones and profit and when 2day[protected] i have gone to do surrender they said me only 55 thousand u will get u will not get any profit and bones and they agent are also not knowing why i am getting less amount they just saying any thing first i met today to miss neha she said u will get 55 thousand i said why so she said you are surrendering police so we will not give u any profit or bones and i met one more guy of icici he said we have rule we cannot give amount above 55 thousand then i speak to mr amit he said market value is down that y u will get less amount then i met to mrs podakar she was manager of that team good and by her that while taking time u have not seen in team n condition we dont give bones and we have to take all charge and interest what a nonsense and she also said that my person said you wrong that u will get 79 thousand u will get only 55 thousand she dose-not know let me remind her madam already u have taken tax and when i have show her in team and condition you should red it its clear mention that with in 3 year i[censored] surrender that time you will not get but now madam its 7 year so its written that i will get my all profit and bones and every thing she manger and she dont know and she dont know to read the team and condition

          This facility we r getting from icici life insurance and they r not giving my money n saying me to sell our product

          I will just say dont take any policy from icici life insurance the manger only dont know the rule

          And she is icici manger and she not taking insurance plan from icici and she is taking plan from lic so this prove that this bank is good for nothing they just want money

          And help me to take my money

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased a ulip policy, no. 25631451 from icici bank sarojini nagar branch through an employee named mr. Mayank kumar srivastav. But he has not informed me about policy completely and hide many important facts like annual deductions which is much very much higher. On receiving the bond i came to know the facts and i asked him that i am not satisfied with the policy terms and conditions, and i don’t want to continue the policy and ask him to cancel the same. I was asked to visit saharaganj lucknow prudential head office. On 19th september i visited the place with all documents required for cancellation but there i was told to go back to home and bank personnel will soon visit the home and proceed the needful action for policy cancellation. It is very unfortunate that no one from the organisation has contacted me and assured me.
            Therefore it is request you to kindly consider my cancellation request for policy as soon as possible and please do the needful.

              Sir, in the documents of above policy no. 20888254 my e-mail address was wrongly entered. Subsequently my mobile no. Also changed. I am trying to change the both information through my agent since february 2018. On april, 23, 2018 i gave a written complaint. On august, 23, 2018, i have submitted my aadhar as identity proof as asked by the agent, on september 23 i again applied through my icici bank branch for the change. But the concern branch is not changing the e-mail id and the mobile no. I have also sent a complaint to you vide this portal but again in veins!!! What is wrong with icici pru???

              Sir i want to know (I) is this the way icici works by ditching the customers after a policy is sold? (Ii) who are the culprits who are not doing their duties and are frustrating the customers (Iii) will my request be attended to now (Iv) and i will definitely want to know what action is being taken against such a careless employee with callous attitude? Can i hope that some sensible person loyal to icici and caring to customer will look into my complaint? Can i?

                Icicipru life - in the month of aug, 2012, i got a call from mr. Amit arora, mob. No. [protected], landline no.[protected] from icicipru delhi head office at jhandewalan that due to non deposit of two premium @ rs. 60, 000.00/yr, my policy may get terminated. Besides this, due to some mischief by my agent, commission amount of rs. 5.66 lakhs from my above policy and some savings in mutual fund schemes of icici have been diverted into agents account. As per his advice, one policy nos.17002998 dtd.14.9.12 of rs.1, 96, 283.00 (Rs.!.20 lakhs on account of two balance premiums+ rs. 76283.00 for release of commission) was executed on the assurance that (1) rs.!.20 lakhs on account of two balance premiums will be deposited in my running policy (2) rs. 76283.00 for release of commission will be converted in one policy for one year term and the same will be surrender for payment of base amount with about 25% interest and (3) whole processing for release of commission amount of rs.5.66 lakhs will be completed within three months.

                In the month of dec'12, i got a call from mr. Rajat, mob no.[protected] from icicipru bombay head office that due to complaint from agent side, i have to take one more policy for rs 1, 43 lakhs in addition to above policy of rs. 1.96 lakhs (Ie total of rs.3.39 lakhs being 60% of the claim amount of rs. 5.66 lakhs) for release of commission + one policy for rs. 1.20 lakhs towards balance two premium. He along with mr. Amit arora insisted to deposit the balance premium through one new policy, in place of directly depositing, because agent commission @ 20% will be deducted by them. Accordingly, policy nos. 17256508/14.12.12 for rs.1.20 lakhs towards balance premium and 17257568 r/14.12.12 for 1.44 lakhs towards release of commission were executed on the assurance that (1) rs.!.20 lakhs in policy no17256508/14.12.12 will be deposited in my running policy no.11619825 on account of two balance premiums (2) one policy no17002998 dtd.14.9.12 of rs.1.96 lakhs + one policy no17257568 r/14.12.12 of rs. 1.44 lakhs are towards release of commission and these policies will be converted into one year term with about 25% interest after release of commission and (3) whole processing for release of commission amount of rs.5.66 lakhs will be completed within three months.
                .

                Mr. Rajat from bombay office informed on 11.2.13 that processing has been completed and fund transfer letter will be issued within 25 days. This letter will include release of commission amount of rs.5.66 lakhs+ conversion of policy nos. 17002998 and 17257568 for one year term only. Also, amount of rs. 1.20 lakhs will be deposited in my main policy no.11619825 towards balance premium. This was confirmed by mr. Arora also the same day and he gave me fund transfer letter no. Also.

                In the meantime, it was unfortunately learnt that mr. Arora passed away in a road accident. Since then i made several attempts to get the position of my case from delhi office but whosoever came on line, they did not give any information rather beggar like treatment i got.

                Talked to mr. Rajat (Mentioned above) on 21/5/13 when he informed that everything has been cleared and file sent to his delhi office for release of fund transfer letter shortly. Talked to madam taruna bansal, iciciprulife, delhi head office in last week of may’13 on landline nos. Given above when she mentioned that some problem has been raised by agent department due to which irda is not releasing commission. Since then, i had been regularly pursuing on the mobile/landline nos. Of delhi head office as well as bombay head office, but they are either not responding or not giving any satisfactory reply.

                While on the subject, in the month of april"13, i got termination amount draft from icici being about only 30% of my deposits. I took up the matter and deposited rs. 1.80 lakhs directly in the main policy no. 11619825 to keep it alive.
                Had contacted insurance co for either refund of premium amount or convert these policies into one time deposit with lock in period of few years but they are simply regretting quoting policy term but ours is not normal case.
                Kindly look into favorably for suitable resolution to help 70 yrs old poor citizen.

                    My Name is Vishal Kailash Wanjare DOB 18/09/1985 Contact number: [protected]. I applied online for ICICI term plan last to last Saturday 8th Sep and requestes for the medical test to be scheduled on 15th Sep but no one called me, I just got a call on Friday 14Sep stating it's a tele medical call and I will be notified in 24 to 48 hours about the outcome. I am still waiting and no one has ring me.
                    If I don't hear anything in 24hrs, I will be cancelling the policy.

                      Last month i made online transfer, while making it i got some popup or checkbox, i've selected the checkbox by mistake/urgency without reading it. I'm really not sure what is the details/policy and it got deducted rs. 35 last month.

                      Today, i got a message stating "payment of rs. 35 towards ipru life insurance is scheduled on 19th sep'18. Pls maintain sufficient balance in acct xxxxxx

                      Please cancel this policy as i had selected without my knowledge and also i'm not interested

                        Occupied is cheating customers like after paying premium we are supposed to undergo medical tests. Even if all tests okay, they find something regarding cholesterol level and all and will increase the premium by more than 25%. So dont take their policies seeing the premium what they show online. Also their service is very poor. Before taking policy, they used to call and disturb u a lot of times. Once u got in to their trap, you have to keep on calling them to cancel the policy or getting refund.

                          Policy-guaranteed savings plan policy no 16984358

                          I have been informed that in order to continue the policy i need original documents and eeverytime i was getting responses saying already dispatched and received by suman. I sent email that i am not aware any suman and i have sent request to receiver signed copy which was not provided any one from icici liberty garden branch.
                          Finally during my this visit liberty garden branch asked to visit your branch i came on 31sept 2018.
                          Since me and my family staying in abroad once in a year i am going to icici bank liberty garden and raising my issue but nobody told me to go direct to icici prudential office. Yesterday only they told me to your office. It was repeatedly requested to get my original documents so that i can continue but every time informed me that, documents are sent to my address and collected by suman and i told we dono any suman.

                          I have already been written complaint to icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd., unit no. 1a & 2a, raheja tipco plaza, rani sati marg, malad (East), mumbai - 400097 maharashtra.

                          As per attached photo eamil request i need to give again written complaint to new officer is not acceptable.

                          Hence i am requesting to you again please look this matter and provide me way forward

                            Hi i am not happy with you result regarding death claim i know policy was in lapse condition even though at least you can pay only premium amount as other life insurance company paid that were also in lapse condition. So i request your company to return back only the premium amount because its not the correct way to deal with customers at least in such condition.

                              Hello team

                              This is regarding plolicy 20180879, amount debited from account my without my knowledge and not call me back before amount debited from account, even after grace period i was eligible to pay on 4th sep 2018, than why the icici had debited my amount on 31 aug2018. My complaint no is[protected] this is completely cheating towards customer

                              Now why the delay is happening when it was debited it was done in secs to get refund now why you are taking much time for customer like me, this is how you serve your previledge customer.. Hell with you services.

                              Many time have i have called cust care they never give option for matking monthly paymnet not today when i checck got information that i can do monthly payment.. Why this intimation was not given earlier before 4th of august 2081

                                not allowing me to surrender

                                I went to icici branch to open a fd and in the bank, a bank employee guide me wrong information and force me to go for weather builder 2 plan to get very high return. He just did this for his benefits.

                                Now i have already paid 2 premium 1 lac of each and got a return of just 10k. Which is just 4 per.

                                When i went to icici prudential branch in gandhinagar, they did not help me and just smiled by saying you don't...

                                I have purchased Royal enfield bike. I take loan of L&T. I didn't want to any insurance. but there is 1310 Rs/- added of Life Insurance which i didn't add.
                                Nobody tell about this insurance while purchasing the bike.I received a call regarding this and ask about insurance I totally refused it. but money is being detected. I don't want to any insurance. today I got a document of this Insurance I attached it.

                                  Myself ajit kumar and my policy no. Is[protected]Icici pru savings suraksha-rp). Let me know why you guys deducting rs.[protected] as commission from my premium. As you know i have taken this policy directly. This policy is done by dhiraj chauhan and his mobile no. Is [protected].

                                  So why someone is getting amount as commission from my premium. I got call 3-5 times from icici service department and the person name is deepak and his contact number is [protected].

                                  I also mailed to icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd but they are giving me false excuses.

                                  One person who is from icici prudential. His name is dhiraj chauhan ([protected]). He also confirmed me that staff can take advantage from your policy. They can add their code on your policy and take commission amount from it.

                                    i have taken policy from ICICI Prudential . its discontinue because agent had given me wrong information and after taken money from my account, he has never picked my phone. so due to support and incorrect information i had discontinue policy. that time they said that my money will be back after 3 years,[protected] because of locking period and now they are saying locking period will complete 27/01/2020, then i will get money back. ICICI prudential policy number 19113310.

                                    Kindly advice me to get money back or any other authority to do complaint

                                      I had two policies 16846346 and 16192636 both are "guaranteed savings plan". The agent/person had not given the proper information, so i missed to pay the next premiums. Even there was no letter or intimations of this from icici also. That the policy will be foreclosed no amount can be given back. Now i am ready to restart/continue the same policies. Can you please help on this.
