Please find the below attached file and refund my payment i dont need your any office or policy what ever document received for what plan now what you are offering your executive comes to pick the docs and cheque afther that they never call to inform whats going on about the policy i was submit documents on 2nd feb 18 of my wife and my policy still your team are working on that every week offering new plan why whenever i have already share mail for refund the payment of both policy,

Kindly refund my payment asap no more discussion about this,

    I purchased the Elite Super plan from ICICI Bank Mogappair branch in June 2017 without any prior information about the lock in period. In this policy, the very first thing the customer has to be informed is about this lock in period which unfortunately your agent from the bank was not even aware of.

    Following is the sequence of events leading to my purchase of this policy –

    1) I met with one Ms. Mercy in May and told her that we wanted to invest this as a onetime amount for a year in some good portfolio with decent returns in the short term
    2) She recommended this policy and told us that this is a government bond with assured returns and better than any mutual funds however this turned out to incorrect based .
    3) Since our intention is to just park this temporarily so that we could pre close part of our home loan, we asked about the time frame and she told that the amount can be withdrawn anytime after one year
    4) Since this seems to be a better option than a FD, we opted for this plan and the documents reached my home. When read, the document stated that this is a yearly plan and I have to invest 200, 000 every year for 7 years ie., 14 lakhs
    5) Since this was not what we discussed, I reached out to Ms. Mercy and told that I will never have any additional money to invest in this policy and that it is a short term arrangement
    6) Ms. Mercy reiterated that it is good if we invest however since we don’t have funds, she asked us to ignore and just retain the initial amount and assured that we will get better benefits than mutual funds. When asked about the duration she again reiterated that we can take this out anytime however advised that it is better to stay invested for better returns
    7) Since the response was satisfactory, we moved on until I received an email from “[protected]@iciciprulife.com” on December 13th stating that the 200, 000 due in June 2018 would be auto debited from my bank account. This prompted the alarm bells and we decided to reach out to the ICICI prudential office directly instead of Ms. Mercy who had completely misled us

    Discussion at ICICI Prudential Office on 12/26:

    1) We reached out to the ICICI prudential office in Anna Nagar on December 26th afternoon to link the Aadhaar number and also to check the process of closing this policy since our intention was to invest this lump sum amount and not to pay further as we have a home loan to cater
    2) To our surprise the employee at ICIC Prudential office told us that we have an option not to pay and promptly got our approval to opt out of the ECS however told that the amount is locked and cannot be withdrawn until 5 years

    I have been trying to explain that the actual policy was not explained by the bank agent who sold this product since our intent is to stay invested for a year max however when I was asked to pay yearly premiums checked with Mercy who suggested to ignore this.
    If I have the funds to pay the yearly premium and have voluntarily chosen this policy why would I dispute after your email to pay premiums yearly? I would rather stay invested and reap the benefits.

    This is big time cheating and you need to seriously look at the business from banks to decipher if customers are being cheated.

    For those of you who are reading this, please stay away from this product unless you intend to invest for 7 years and moreover your money would be locked for 5 years and you can do nothing about this.

    Tried responding with the proof that I have thrice and they kept repeating the same response with no resolution in sight. Will keep trying and let you guys know if there is a positive response.

      I received a phone call from icici prudential insurance office stating that i have a life insurance policy "assured tax saving regular plan" with 50, 000 premium. The caller said that this policy was purchased on 31/03/2011.

      Can you please verify if i have such policy in the name of dr karoon agrawal, new delhi.
      I do not have any record of this investment, nor i have received any email or reminder from icici prudential for depositing the premium for above said policy.

      My wife also received similar phone call from same number.

        "i purchased the group-term policy[protected] and i have attached the policy copy along with this email.
        However, when i try to login to icici prudential website and enter this policy number with my date of birth, it says invalid policy number or dob (Date of birth).
        When i tried reaching to the customer support[protected], however ivr prompts me to enter my policy number, when i enter, it says invalid policy number. My concern is where will i go and renew this policy if it is not listed anywhere in the portal.
        All my other 4 policies are listed under the icici prudential website except for this.
        So, i had to walk into the nungambakkam (Chennai) branch of icici prudential office and spoke to the respective spoc called ashwinth.
        However, he says he does not understand this policy as it is a group insurance policy and asked me to mail to [protected]@iciciprulife.com
        When i mailed [protected]@iciciprulife.com, they are just sending me the same attached policy document and no response to my query.
        As per their icici prudential grievevance website, i had emailed [protected]@iciciprulife.com and [protected]@iciciprulife.com but no response so far.
        It is really frustrating where i am loosing my health getting so much stress on emailing them walking into their office."

        So far no body as called me or followed up on this complaint. It is frustration really with the kind of service or support which prudential is providing. It is just a simple query and none of them are able to help. !!!

          My policy number 15345376 has been closed due to non payment of premium. I took the policy in the year 2011 and also paid the premium in the year 2012. The agent said that now the policy's has been closed so neither revival nor payment of premium is possible. I could not pay the premium as my son suffered from septicemia and is now suffering from cerebral palsy. Either the revival be allowed or my money of two premium be refunded.

            I have purchased this policy[protected] on 20 jan 2012 and i paid premium till august 2013, for monthly installment 4976.00rs, total i have paid neat 99thousand rupees, since my financial crisis not able to continue this policy, but after 2 year when i want to resume this policy, they told you cant continue since its discontinued, however i wanted to resume this policy and want to continue, now its status is discontinue,

            I didn't get single penny from my hard earning money, please help me out from this.. Don't want lose this money, want to continue

              I have tried to edit (On line) the address of the policy icici prulife.com which is in the name of my wife by uploading the passport document as address proof but the same is not accepting i. E the address is not changed, though the same thing i have done in case of my policy (Following the same process) and which was successful (I. E the address is changed) i can not understand why it is happening in this case, please explain me and suggest me how i can changed the address on line.

                Your executive mr mandeep singh and mr lawrence are making fool. I had 1 policy which got mature before 3 months. Both the executive from ludhiana branch and area manager mr satyajeet are just giving excuses that delay is from mumbai office. Am totally harrased and want to cancel my new bond also. Till today am not even having any information when am goin to have my payment. Executives are not picking call and also not replying. Seriously very disappointed.

                  Dear concern
                  I too am victim of the same modus operandi being used by icici bank officials to fraudulently sell insurance policies by tricking innocent old senior citizens instead of making their hard earned pension corpus into fixed deposits. I visited my icici bank branch sector 11 panchkula on 14th august'17 to seek investment advise for post retirement benefit schemes with my pension corpus money. Two officials of icici bank mr prashant chauhan at previledge banking desk and ms tejvinder kaur at the senior citizens desk met me. I requested them that i want to invest my retirement pension corpus money into good post retirement plans to get me regular interest for our maintenance. Instead of investing my hard earned money into post retirement benefit or fixed deposit they both tricked me to better make investment into a so called tax saving deposit scheme named elite super plan.. They never disclosed it to be a insurance policy. They convinced us by tricky cheating modus operandi to invest hefty amounts rs 5 lakhs into my name i. E. Sudesh kumar sood and rs.2 lakhs in name of my wife sapna sood. Claverly they took my mobile phone and answered to the so called call also. We never knew that it was call from the insurance company and unknowingly they were agreeing to it's terms and conditions on our behalf by cheating us. When we received our so called policy documents. We were surprised to go through it's terms and conditions,, which were contary to what we were told. We immediately contacted mr prashant chauhan icici official and apprised him that we were never interested to buy an insurance policies. We surrended the policies with him and requested our immediate refunds. But he told us that ms. Tejvinder his manager can only take the decision who was not available. We remained in constant touch with him. We apprised him of 15 days free look in period. But he never took the matter regarding our surrendering the policies with the higher authority. There was internet and mobile disruption at panchkula due to arrest of ram rahim since 25/8/17... The services remained disrupted for days together. We again and again visited icici branch to enquire about cancellation and refund case unknowingly that both officials were lapsing the 15 days free look period.
                  After the situation calmed both the officials along with mr deepak nirwani said to be local manager from icici prudential insurance visited our residence at sector 21 and showed their inability to refund. Since i smelled something wrong i called the customer care number and detailed about the whole matter. The lady attending call advised me to make complaints on lifeline through email.. Which i did... Next. The whole story is similar as discussed in my earlier mail and under mentioned post the corporate office at mumbai is not doing justice and showing their inability for refund and saying that if we are unable to pay future hefty premiums the whole amount will go to dp fund and only saving account interest will be accured after deducting premium lapse charges. How can we pay hefty premiums out of our meagre pensions. The so called agents have been successful in grabbing hard earned money of senior citizen by adoption of their modus operandi of cheating and fraud.
                  Today i visited the icici branch and came to learn that both officials named above have been asked to quit and since left the branch. But what about refund of my money.
                  Manager says it's corporate office mumbai to take decision...!!!
                  In the above connection it's requested that justice be done to refund my hard earned money immediately. If we will not receive our money back within 2 weeks we will have to seek redressal through the court of law.. And all the court expenses along with interest on deposits and compensation for causing mental tension will be borne by the icici bank. Hoping for a favourable response at your earliest.

                    cancellation of policy

                    I was subject to application of policy under icici prudential on 3/3/16. I got the policy document on 11/4/16 and applied for cancellation on 13/4/16, while applying for cancellation, they refused to take my application on the ground that my free lock in period is over as it is counted from the date of e-kit which is not mentioned in policy document....

                    I reached out to bank to invest in tax saving fixed deposit, but bank employees goaded me into buying elite life pru policy saying that it gives better returns.

                    They made me sign a complex contract at the time of buying the policy.

                    Now after 3 years, i have returns of mere 30 thousand after investing 4 lakh rupees.in a normal fd i would have got almost triple that amount if had invested same sum of money.

                    When i reached out to them that i dont want to pay next premium, they are saying its locked for 5 years and you will get 4% interest only.

                    Bank agent who goaded me into this has resigned the bank already.

                      And submitted my all dues on 9th to my reporting manager basant dadheech
                      My emp id was 5044950. Igave him my id card and samsung tablet but company assigned a recovery against tablet of rs 8950. Please help me out.
                      For that matter i called prashant baregamma as basant dadheech is not answering my calls. I called and sent messege to hr arun sharma

                        Your company is a giant one in the market but your employees are not proper. They are totally unprofessional. Your lady employee is calling my fiyonce in night not acting with him in proper manner and also call him in a weekend and flurt with him. It is not a proper manner. I am going to complaint it to the high level. I am an advocate from gujarat high court. Your employee named preyali shah, ahmedabad. She is acting in such a cheap way to my fiyonce. An its my warning that dont disturb your client's personal life. It is not at all professional. And learn your employees some manners.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am an existing customer of icici prudential life insurance, i was having a plan named as guaranteed savings and insurance plan. I was paying annually 18500 rs. Since 2013. I had paid 2 installments (Around 37, 000₹). Due to some financial crisis i couldn't pay after that. Now, the policy has been foreclosed. I didn't receive a single penny from that policy. Is it fair for this big company to use these little amounts of poors like us.

                          Please, show some mercy and return my money.

                            Received letter from your ward dt.[protected], about disallowance of rs. 13199/- from claim no. Cl9296323 (Claim value was rs. 43373/- and i received rs. 24139/-)
                            Against this i submitted documents (Breakup for rs. 1030/- and rs. 4077/-)
                            (New bills against mismatch of name for rs. 4992/-) on january 6th, 2018 but till date[protected] i don, t received any response from your side.

                              I am not happy with the service they are providing, at the initial time they do not tell the complete information about the policy and did not provide any document to read about the policy, just tell the positive points about the policy so that the customer bought it, if normal person invest money in some policy after believing them whatever they tell the good things about the policy. But once the customer buys it, then they deduct so many charges from the amount and in return they refunded even not the actual amount, the person has invested in the hope that they will get some amount with the interest.

                                  The icici prulife agent convinced me on a policy - guaranteedsavingsinsuranceplan, and i misunderstood that as a 1 time premium of 3 lakhs.
                                  I realized it late that the policy paying term is 7 years. Since i couldn't pay, it ended up in "foreclosure" state.

                                  How can icici prulife keep somebody else's 3 lakhs money, taking advantage of a small misunderstanding of the customer, and no way to get the refund.

                                  I find this very unfair. Need help...

                                    I have a wealth builder policy 18317604, payment has been debited twice from my sb account on 30th dec, 2017. I did raise a refund request[protected] on the same day and was told that refund would be credited back to the account from where it is debited within 6days. Still i'm awaiting refund and i raised an escalation request[protected], heard that cheque is returned but i did get any intimation from icici or courier on check disbursement, icici pru life customer service person is saying that she can't see any details or she is not connecting call to her supervisors. I want my money soon.

                                    Dear Team my father policy Icici prudential insurance since 2014 saptembar. At Gujarat location. This policy I have a disidid surrender I want to Gandhinagar Gujarat branch . this office employee said do not surrender your policy.i have said you wrong selling my father policy. So kindly my father policy surrender.

                                      This is to inform you that an advisor falsely sold life insurance policy to mr. Pramod kumar agrawal, in the name of fixed deposit with higher returns. He (Not much educated) got traped in his sweet talks and purchased the instrument worth rs 50000/- with having trust on icici brand name.
                                      He came to know about this fact by the end of 2016, at the time when he was asked regarding further premium of rs.50000/- that he has been sold life insurance policy in the name of fixed deposit.
                                      He continuoslly called that advisor several times in 2017. But he didn't respond to a single call.
                                      Thus in the end i had to file this report. He want his money i. E. Rs. 50000/- back as soon as possible
                                      Please give some response.
