I have purchased icici pru pinnacle super-lp 5 years back and thought to close it after 3years but i was convinced in such a manner that it will give me great benefit so i conitinued. But after completion of 5 years i got call from so called icici prudential and asked me to link account with policy. She sent one person of prudentialand that person told me this pinnacle is super flop so better to switch this nowand invest in other plans. Later i came toknow that they all were fake they simply said u have taken from icici bank and we have nothing to dow ith it i am telling this is super flop plan. What is this rubbish from prudential. Poor false commitments.

      Myself himansu sekhar rout having policy no 17048039 which was paid by me on30 september 17 by online payment service of axis bank gateway. But still now it's not showing up in the policy for amount 10226 from my uco bank account [protected]
      Therefore i would like to inform you that i should get back my money with interest as soon as possible otherwise i will take help of law.

        U issue policy21431671 ur rerprestativ nothing discribe about policy and signed by me on blank forms tell we dissicuse on next visit and final which policy is better for u they not came in this policy they insured 100000 lacs and premium peryear 100000 rs they told insured 100000 lakh and cheat at every stage next they not visit and fill form by own hand i am not able to pay premium100000 u take necessary; action and cancle my policy

          Sir/madam,
          I satya vrat singh chauhan resident of 39 aravali apartment alaknanada new delhi asked your bank staff at icici bank alaknanada new delhi for mutual fund
          (Balanced fund) but they issued me insurance policy (Policy no[protected] aaa plan) and deducted 60, 000 rs from my account no[protected] on 05/10/2017
          Which is totally unacceptable. Please cancel my policy and return my amount in the same account.
          I will be very grateful for your cooperation

            Respected sir/ madam,
            I would like to bring to your notice that i approached the icici branch office located at kamenahalli, bangalore for linking aadhar verification. The executive after seeing our account balance advised us to invest our savings in your bank. So i in turn requested for a fixed deposit scheme for rs.1, 20, 000/- for a period of 5 years. Your executive mr. Darshan and mr. Rajesh in turn doing for the same took all the details and put me in trouble by issuing an another plan where i have to pay permium yearly rs.1, 20, 000/- for 5 years. He just took verification details on line with mobile conversation where my wife thought it is only verification, after receiving the policy from your office i was shocked to see what i have taken is entirely different from what ask for,. We went to the branch office immediately and told my conversation details to the manager in charge, he received all the information from me and called the executives and spoke to them, he told us to cancel saying i am not able to pay such premium so cancel saying our company they will cancel. After paying a sum of rs, 1, 20, 000/ - amount deducted and sent by your branch is rs, 1, 16, 958.20/- what kind of justice is this sir/ madam. I request to pay the balance because it is an error from your branch executive.

            Respected Sir /Madam,
            Please kindly look into the above matter at the earliest bz the date of issuance and date of cancellation are not even 15 days. I you esteemed concern loot this kind of money from the poor innocent people. i have all the things downloaded from internet how your company cheat innocent people right from the manager and the service executives. Please see that the amount of deduction is transfered in to the above account.
            or shall i go to the concerned branch with a complainant from the Local Police. filling of form also not told properly. how your people cheat .

                On dated 12/06/2017 there is unwanted deduction of rs 8, 625.00 from my icici bank account. And the reference in account statement stated as [protected]/0306/iprugrpterm/dc

                My icici bank account is[protected] & branch-anjar, gujarat

                I have never applied for any such kind of policy.

                Please do the needful as early as possible and return back my money.

                  Respected sir,
                  I mohan singh purchased two life insurances of premium of rupees two lakhs each with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd on my name bearing policy number[protected] and 21282752 and policy name was elite life. Policy was issued on 19 august 2017 but i still have not received my policy.

                  When my policy was done i requested the fsc to modify my nominee but that also has not been done after repeated requests. The branch staff is very cooperative and earlier also i have done about 10 policies because of the services provided by the branch staff. But this time i was really disappointed by the services of the icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd as i came with a very small request that i want to modify my nominee in my latest two
                  Policies but the request was not processed on their end.

                  Moreover i came across certain financial liability unexpectedly. I went to nadala branch to cancel/ free look these two policies on 28 september 2017 at 7:00 pm as the branch was closed for the operations the staff guided me how to lodge the request online. I did the same by their help and raised two complaints with the reference id[protected] and[protected] respectively. Since then i have not got any reply from their end.

                  I am in a serious financial liability and not happy with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd as my very small request was ignored. I feel that they are intentionally not refunding my money. I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to get my money refund. I am already paying around 11 lakh rupees premium annually to icici prudential life insurance co ltd.

                  Till date my policies have not delivered to me.

                  Kindly do the justice.

                  I had called ICICI prudential to check my policy status, the representative asked me to hold for some time, first of all.
                  IT DOESNT HAVE TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BEING INDIA'S LARGEST PRIVATE BANK AND BEHAVING CHEAPLY.

                  Before policy purchase, they call regularly to check what you have decided and how we can help you etc, after purchasing policy, nobody cares!!!, Im planning to cancel policy now !!!.

                  I waited for 5 minutes in call without any response then disconnected. When I tried recalling customer care, call is redirecting to main menu every time purposefully and cycle repeats without being call received by representative.
                  THIS IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANY BANK OF THIS SIZE, DONT KNOW HOW COME MANAGEMENT IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION TO IMPROVE THIS.

                    This is regarding policy plan life stage assure (Pension plan) policy no: 12115392 which i had bought in 2009 and for the same i had paid rs.40, 000 as annual premium.

                    The policy was given to me by the deputy manager of icici bank sector 9 rohini new delhi branch. I was told i had to pay annual premium for minimum 3 years. If in case of any failure in the payment then the company will keep the premium for minimum 5 years and thereafter i can withdraw the paid premium.

                    Due to some unfortunate reasons i was unable to pay the premium amount for 3 years but paid for 1 year. It's been more than 5 years now and still haven't heard anything from the bank regarding what is the further process.

                    Also to mention at the time of buying the policy no email id was registered and the mobile number given at that time has been changed now. Due to which there was a communication gap / failure leading to not knowing how to proceed for the same.

                    For the same i had called the bank customer care and i was told that the policy has been foreclosed and the amount can't be withdrawn now. But at the time of buying the policy i was given the other above stated details.

                    I even sent mails to grievance redressal officer but there is so response from him also.

                    Would like to request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                      As i want to inform that your one of the person has entered the wrongful pan number while deducting the tds of the policy... There is clerical mistake done by the deductor who pan number is mumi30877g. The wrongfully pan entered ny the deductor is afwpa0246f which has not any link with the your policy...
                      Please correct the information entered by you... I have to file the return.. Please solve my problem.. I am very thankful to you.. Please see matter... I am attaching the photos of 26as... Which show there is deduction of tds by you company.. But i don't have any policy of your comany... Please see the matter and correct it...

                        I had a policy with number 16767974 bought in the year 2012 and was paying correctly till the 2014, and since the payment of policy was a standing instruction to credit card it was done which i thought, but in the mean while my credit card got cancelled and i was out of country, i sent a mail through the registered mail id stating to confirm the receipt or intimate me,
                        I even didnt received any mail or message from the company reminding the pending payment,
                        Ultimately i made the balance payment in 2017 through online portal and sent the request to customer care for updation of my policy details.
                        Till today it is not done.
                        I will have to rethink now to go for other policy, as i am regular customer since 2007 to icici bank, i am not expecting such service from your end.

                        Currently i am abroad and unable to visit any branch,

                          On date 8/5/2017 illegal deduction of rs 8407 was done from my account no[protected] on my repeated visits to the bank nd even to the insurance company em not getting the answer for this dedcution neither the banks are answering nor the insurance company. The deduction was done after i recived a cal from custmer care saying abt sme policy bt i totally refused to take such policy but the next the dedcution was done then i immediately visted the icici bank but i hvent got the anserwere till yet. Kindly help me. Please consider my complaint.

                            LIFE TIME CLASSIC then after 10 years u will get 14 lacs.

                            But it is completely false!!

                            I was getting call to take the policy of ICIC Pru, I straight away said that I am not interested buying the same.
                            Now I am getting the message that Your ICICI PRU policy[protected] has been successfully registered on Auto Payment mode.

                            What the bloody hell I have never opt for the policy then how come I am getting this kind of message.

                              Respected sir,
                              I sri lingaraj mahankuda beg to state that i am working as a tte at east coast railway. For my sister's marriage i had needed some money at that time i have applied online for personal loan & one locally (Puri) icici loan agent namely himansu met me and told about personal loan and take required document. At that time he told me without insurance policy you couldn't get loan and met me another insurance agent namely ayesh, that's why i have taken a policy vide. Policy no.21156784. Dt.03.07.2017 after 15 days the personal loan agent told me you are not elite for personal loan. At that time i told him cancel the same policy but till now they both are no respond. Today (22.09.2017) i went to puri icici prudential office the office clerk told me the policy became nearly 3 months and it can't cancellation. So i want cancel the policy and back return the same amount to my savings account. And please tell your agents they will not reapet anyone. They did mistike and harass with me.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                This is mr. Subhash vasanatrao more holding annuity policy with no. 11569 with icici prudential life insurance.

                                My complaint is that my pension amount which gets credited to my account 27th of every month is not yet credited. While calling the toll free number ([protected]) i am getting different information for every calls (Which i am doing to check the reason for pension not credited to my account). Please find the below the different information:-

                                1. The pension is already released on 1st september. But in reality the pension is not credited.

                                2. The pension is kept on hold for not submitting the life verification certificate. But in actual the life verification certificate already submitted.

                                Please look into this and help me to get my pension asap.

                                  My name is ramesh chaudhary.. I had bought icici prudential ulip policy no 03053813 on june 2006... I had paid 3 half yearly installment of this policy and after that i stopped payment... That time they told 3 years locking period and after that can withdraw money but now they told something different and told me that policy is already foreclose... They never informed me about such and without any intimation they did that..

                                    I have two policies namely icici pru whole life with policy no 16189310 and guaranteed savings insurance plan with policy no 16111563. These both policies were subscribed by me on 15 nov 2011 with a yearly premium amount of rs 49, 960 each. I am a army officer and due to exigencies of service i was not able to pay any premium after first year. I contacted icici prudential representative named mr ashish malhotra on his mobile no [protected] and was told by him that i can only surrender my policies after completion of three years from the date of issuance. However after three years mr ashish malhotra was not available on the phone. When i contacted icici prudential office at mohali i was told that the policy had foreclosed and now i cannot get any money back.
                                    I want to submit that i am a army officer and the money i invested in these policies was earned by facing bullets of the enemy and militants in kashmir. I am deeply pained today that a reputed company like icici prudential has taken advantage of my lack of knowledge of financial matters. I today need this money urgently for my son's education but the company has repeatedly told me that they cannot return my money. Please help.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am a customer at Icici and the very same has happened to me as well I have run from pillar to post for the same however the people at Icici have seemingly become or customer like myself have become irrelevant to them . Enclosed here are 2 Policies ICICI Pru Cash Advantage ...Policy no # 18376971 Nd Policy no 2 # 18381893.
                                    I was told by their agents that i would get back my principle amount after three years ...But somehow it is becoming seemingly impossible...My email is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no is [protected].

                                      Cancellation of policy in free look period, icici prudential policy number 21310021.

                                      Respected sir,

                                      I satya prasada rao, resident of kukatpally hyderabad. I purchased a life insurance policy with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd on my name, bearing policy no : 21310021. Premium of this policy was rs. 1, 5 lacs/ anum. I purchased this policy in my icici brach as brach manager explain about policy. Some how i took the policy and the realized same day went to branch to cancel the policy branch manager told you will get email just click no to cancel the documents. I cancel policy tough email and inform to branch manager as she told we received cancelled request and money will deposit. I came to usa. I am keep following my family members with branch manager to cancel the policy and she keep telling policy will cancel and return your money back. But i received policy documents and send email to icici pru. And i received response that policy is not cancelled you have to pay next month premium

                                      So, please look into this matter and give me the justice to cancelled the policy

                                        I have submitted my premium amount one month ago in advance. But i did not received premium receipt yet now. My policy no. Is 16011349 and i have done payment in first week is sep' 17.
                                        As per your website rule it will reflect in two days after submission of premium.
                                        It also happened last year also.
                                        There is no receipt no.in premium paid certificate also for authentication.
                                        I want to know that why there is so many follow up for customer services.
                                        I will discontinue my policy in this case.

                                        Pls improve your services as there are many better services in the market.
