I have already sent this mail to stop the payment. But why you not remove payment mode as direct debit. It is your shear negligence. Please return back deducted amount immediately to avoid any further legal actions.

I am Insurece poilicy holder also . Insurance policey No's 17763401, 17765743. every year Iam paying Rs. 49, 379 respectivey
This year the Branch Asst. Manager said for payment pl submit the Cheques, in advance dates, immediatly amount trancfer to premium no.s. on 19th may 2016,
On 20th May the the in from my account Rs, 49, 379 deduct from second time
so two times amount is doublt time the amount is deducted.
I Paid 2 cheques for policy cheque no 24568 for 17763401, and cheque No 24569 for 17765743 pl verfy the return my double time amount
