Policy Number 15468820 was foreclosed without any intimation to us as per the terms and conditions of policy.
I am following with the Insurer since 14th March 2022, but the Insurer is only extending the dates instead of resolving the issue.

Someone from termination department from ICICI pru life called and asked for 50000 advance for giving my 180000/- settlement. They say I purchased a ulip policy in 2013 for which I paid 50000 premium and it got lpased in 2017.

ICICI Pru life Insurance - Inordinate delay of death claim settlement Policy No[protected] days lapsed from TAT

It's been 8 months since claim documents for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy No. 94401426 were submitted to ICICI for death claim settlement.

All claim documents have been submitted on 6th June 2021 and ICICI Secunderabad branch has issued acknowledgement for the same (attached herewith)....
