I had made a payment of Rs.15,000 against the Renewel of my ICICI Prulife policy but i had received receipts only for Rs.13,500. I posted them the same case twice and again they have posted me the same receipts. In a telephonic conversation with them they said the Rs.1500 is balance with them and will be adjusted in next payment, they said the amount will not debited form my account but again the amount Rs.1500 was withdrawn from my ICICI account and also they have adjusted the Rs.1500 amount for the same month. I dnt know how they people are doing these things and why anybody not stopping them but i have decided to do the same.

ICICI Prudential — Getting marketing calls in spite of putting my name in DNC

I have put my name and number in the ICICI Prudential DNC and I have told every person who calls me ...to not to call me...but inspite of this, I get a call from these people every 2 weeks. Its really frustrating...how can I get rid of these people?
I have a lifetime super pension policy since jan 2005. my policy number is 03837557. I am paying monthly 1000/- rs and i have not received any bills or received monthly statements for this money. Actually i am not paying the bills through my hands and the bills are payed by my policy Advisor and i received a statement in 23 june 2007, and they told me that i was not payed bills since six months and if i was not pay the bill the policy will lapse. thatswhy i am sending this complaint. so please check my policy doccuments and the details of cash bills and send a billstatement or any other proof to my e-mail id or send paper doccuments to my home address as menctioned in my policy doccuments. i am not living in my hometown and i am doing job in lucknow and someother places o[censored]p. thatswhy i am trusted my adviser. but when i saw that statement i got a doubt about this. so, please send details for this bills. thanking you. yours sincerely,

My name is Ajith Anto.
I am having a policy in ICICI proLife.
Tuesday I made a request for the statement to my email for tax exception through online, that is 12/02/2008. I waited for the response till next day.
AS i am not able to get an response from the same i made a call to the given number in the online and made a request for the same. That also gave me an assurance that it will reach u in 24 hours, ie is on 13/02/2008.
I never got a response for the above to requests.
Again i made a call on 14/02/2008 at about 5 PM. This time i talked with the customer care person. I was not satisfied with the response as they told me, they haven’t got any request for the request till now. Then i told them clearly the last day of submitting for the same is next day, i want the same on same day or max of next day morning. That told we will escalate the same to Abishak or some one. I talked with that person i explained the same to that guy..
At last he gave me word saying that the document will be reaching u before 10 am or at the max of 10.30 am next day, ie Friday. So i was happy to hear some one is there to take care.
Next day morning i waited till 12. I never got a mail from any one. I again made a called like a fool to same number. They told me that they will send me the same in one hour, ie 1 pm and no need to call back we will call u for confirmation.
I was really sad as like completely gone. I had no other option other than waiting. As they made me like a beggar.
I waited till 1.30 then i again made a call this time i again talked to Abishak....
I was like sorry we are having some problem we needed one more hour.......
ho god they are playing with me.... I told i cant wait.. Then he told me that 'i will call u in 15 min .no need to cal back ... i gave u the promise ...... some thing ..some thing....' then i waited for 30 min.. like as fool .. again i made a call and asked then Abishak told me Sorry again ................................................................

Great u can say only Sorry and cant keep the word ... Great ICICI .....

the call was transferred to Lalith now he was good. He the only person who keep the word with me....................

One thing sure u dont get any mail from me any more....
As i am going to move out....

ICICI Prudential — Rude Anonymous Caller

Hello,

I recieved a calls from +[protected] and +[protected] and the caller asked me to join into ICICI Prudential. when I denied, he started abusing me literally without any reason.

Please help in this regard or point me whom to contact for such type of complanints.
I have a lifetime policy since jan 2006. my policy number is 02277369. I am paying monthly 1500/- rs right now my policy is matured, wats the status of my policy account

ICICI Prudential — Revised statement not received!

ICICI and ICICI Prudential is a big fraud.

i hold policy of ICICI Prudential and they have generated a policyholder epin user id, through which i access my policy statement, premium receipts from icici prudential website. I suggest you ask them to generate one for your policy. Earlier I used to call their call center requesting for a unit statement and the same was couriered to my communication address.Try one of these!

icici prudential policy — not able to receive monthly premium receipts from past 6 months

this is kausar, would like to bring ur notice that i have not received icici prudential premium receipts from last six months inspite of calling customer service number there is no action taken for my complaint.
i have not received premium receipt of feb 2008, march 2008, april 2008, may 2008, june 2008, july 2008, august 2008...
i m fed up with ur service n next time i will make sure that i will never purchase policy from ICICI.
plz do the needful as soon as possible or else i have to sue ur company for not providing proper service

I am bought haspital care plan in september 2007 from icici prudential itarsi m.p branch.i was operated last month 30-35 days back, i submitted my all documents for claim in Icic prudential Itarsi m.p branch but i didnot get claim till now.Icici group members asked it takes 20-25 days.but it takes more time...

i had bought a icici prudential life insurance . i had deposited all the amount asked by the autorised agent. Afterb some times, i got an information letter that my policy had been redempted and cheques of my amount deposited positively but, due to some reasons I did not encash the cheques deposited.
I also lodged complaints in ICICI prudential office situated at city centre, Durgapur( west bengal) and
they gave me consolation that I will get my amount soon but almost 18 months had been passed and there is not any response from the company. At there office, whenever i go, i receive same clarifications that your complaints has been forwarded to the head office and you will get your chaeques
soon.
Can anybody please help ?

ICICI Prudential — medical Policy

Dear Concern,

I want to write about a problem with icici prodential, on telephonic approval for a health policy[protected] on 30th july 2008.I have yet to receive phyical hard copy of policy and they have blocked my credit card([protected]) amount for rupees 4768.00 were they committed for health check up as well as the treatment cost but when i called up prodential on their toll free no. they stated diffrent version for my policy, i want to be withdraw my policy.

but not getting any help from icici prodential.

ICICI Prudential Rgf — Didn't receive policy document, delayed 1 month!!!

Hi Mr./Mrs,

I had paid in cash for this policy for which i havent recieved the policy docuument till now. The reciept date is 19Jan2009 (1 month back!) and here are othe details from the reciept:

i was not interested to take the mediclaim policy, even though they sent to my address and said because of your credit limit from your card is to be increease so.
i spoke with mr rajesh from chennai branch credit card dept, he told me to just agree with the people (insurance dept)and cancel the when its reaches to you. beacause of credit limit to increase . so i told him that i am not interested with policy . then he said me to call any time i will cancel it . but now he is not recieving the call.

I received a call from a person called Kevin and his manager called Gautam. They said to increase the credit limit of my credit card, they will send the details of an Health policy. And after receiving the policy, I need to call him back at +[protected] / 22.
I received the policy and spoke to him once and from the next time on, he is not attending the call.
The amount is now converted into 12 EMI options and is being debited from my credit card!!

I am not interested in any health insurance and now I am not able to get out of this trap.

I have invested 25000/- in one of the policies of ICICI Prudential on 21st Feb 2009 and executive handling my application committed that he will send me the receipt's scanned copy by Friday. ICICI Prudential — Icici Prudential FRAUD

I have taken a Icici Prudential Invenstment Policy through Icici Agent. The agent BLUFFED me saying that I will get all the money I paid after 3 years eventhough my policy term is 10 years. Now the Icici people say I will get only half of the money.

I just want to make people aware of the fruad. Since I am losing a lot of money, I just want people to be aware of the Icici Prudential FRAUD.

ICICI Prudentia Life Insurance — Isued me seven new policies with incorrect information

I am a 74 yr old man.Mr.abhishek srivastava employee of Icci prudential based in varanasi issued me six new policies on the behalf of policy of my wife Mrs.Jahanavi Shah (Policy no:[protected] showing me several beneficiary effects which are not there.He also told me that it will be a one time premium policy but it is not.another employees continue calling me and ask me to get more policies done on the behalf of first policy.these people are making fool o[censored]nqualified old age man like me.
I HAD PURCHASES LIFE TIME SUPER 4 YEARS AGO STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LATEST FUND VALUE AND LATEST STATUS OF MY POLICY HOW IS GOING ON.THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY POLICY EVERY YEAR JUST I AM ONLY PAYING MY PREMIUM I DO NOT WHAT IS LATEST UNIT I HAVE AND WHAT IS THE LATEST VALUE EVEN MY FRIEND ALSO PURCHASED HE IS ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM WITH LIFE TIME SUPER
I received a call from number [protected], the name of the person was Abhishek and his TL trying to sell ICICI prolife insurance policy. I asked him for term policy and they were explaining me endownment insurance and they had no idea about term policies. After telling him to update his knowledge on insurance, the guy on the other side started abusing and using foul language. Anyways you people are seen in good picture because of you polices and treatment to your customers, but it seems you have decided to go below normally expected things as well. I can’t write the words which this guy used. Please do the needful that such does not happen and recruit people with better cultural background and these kind of people.

ICICI Prudential — not refunding my money

The two employee of ICICI Company persued me to take me a policy.They came to my home and gave me some forms to fill up. As they had come at such time when I was in hurry to go to my office they told me to sign the forms and said that they will fill up the forms as they took my photostate copy of PAN card, voter id two photographs and a cheque of rs 7500/-.I provided them all those things what they asked for . Resultantly they filled the forms wrong and giving wrong address and phone nos. I started running to company people providing them all the documents in respect of my origingal address, complaining about the wrongdoings of their employees but my all efforts went into vain, they kept on saying that each customer is being given 15 days time called as FREELOOK PERIOD and in this period the customer can withdraw for the policy but when I told them that I never received any letter in this regard uptill now they did not listen and kept on saying that as the freelook period is over so I cannot ask for refund but the fact is that since January 20th 2009 I never received any letter I again quote not a single letter in this respect and only in June 2009 I received a letter at my original address denying my request for the refund my money. I wrote a letter to them in this respect and sent them through speed post vide receipt no ED[protected]N on 26/06/2009, requesting them to acknowledge the receipt but they didn't do so.My policy no is 11027776. Please look into this matter and take approriate steps in getting my money back.
I received a call from number [protected] and everyday this number calls me and no one speaks on the other line
If i try to call back the number is not in service. I work in the nights and require to sleep during the day time but if the calls are made just to disturb my sleep and harass me, I request this should be stopped immediately
If you guys have some proposal mail me on my email address and i ll be glad to respond but this way of promoting your policy where some one calls and does not say anything is not right

I would also appreciate if some one speaks on the other line and tries to explain me the offer but give me miss calls and not speak and wake me up from sleep is definatley not right
I would be very happy if this stopped asap

ICICI Pru Healthcare Sarvies — Warst Servies and Cheeting

I had bought 3 family floter ICICI Pru Health Saver policy 6 months back and one of our family member got admited in the hosptital on july 2009. pre outhorisation declaind and when applaid for claim lesser amount was approved and higher amount rejected with out reason. the amount was approved on 24th July 2009 and till today they haven't send the cheque. Now I want to know that we can not deposit or pay in advance if yes Than I need written explanation by it happened other wise I am going to close all the policy’s. one side are sending a SMS on Cell

ICICI Prudential / Life Time — Unable to get my money back

Dear Sir, I regret to say that I had taken a policy from your company on date 13th feb 2006 wide policy no[protected] of premium amt. Rs. 40000/-. Unfortunately I met with an automobile accident in 2009. By that time I had deposited 80000/- in the said policy. In that accident I lost my right hand and since I am a self employed person with very limited earnings, so I approached your office to get my money back so that I could arrange my medical expenses. Your office in Varanasi(Arihant Complex) informed me that I can get my money only if I deposited the pending renewal amount of Rs. 80000/-. So I took loan From my relatives on high rate of interest and deposited Rs. 80000/- in your office. Then they told me that you will have to undergo some medical examination on my own expenses in order to deposit my renewal in the company. So, I did that, then after several visits to your office I was told that I can not get my money back because my blood pressure was a little high. And they returned Rs. 80000/- to me and told me that I can not reinstate my policy and hence I can not surrender the same. Afterwards when I went to your office each time they came up with a new story that why I can not get my money. Since I am a handicapped person now and I can not drive myself, so it is a tough task to come to your office everyday and beg for my own hard earned money.
So, I want you to tell me that am I entitled to get my money or not. If no then why? If yes then what is the exact process of the same. I further want to state that I have submitted all the required documents whatever demanded from me and have talked to every available person in the said office.

I activated my DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE last year but I'm still recieving calls from various company offering their investment products. I have already complaint to Idea celluar who is my service provider. My mobile no is [protected].
I recieved a call from ICICI Prudential for some type of investment on 05/10/2009 at 19:21 IST from[protected].
I told him that I have DND service but they didnt stop their conversation lastly I disconected the phone.
I'm facing such type of irritation with these calls.

Iam Srinivasa rengan living in plot no 267, 268 officiers town kanagavel colony meenabalpuram madurai, about 110 new constructed houses and more that 30 plus new houses under construction , finishing stage , our problem is their is frequent current problem in since low voltage , inspite of several reminders on behalf of association of officiers town , their is no response for sloving this issue , whenever we approched to the EB office , the engineer of the particular location responded their is no fund for giving transformer for this area , i dont belive the words from that particular person, such a wonderful goverment ruled by our great Dr Kalaikar iyya , we are getting blasted towards from eb office , please take some action to bring transformer to this area in benefit of this officiers town such way that we can avoid lot of illegal activites and crime can be avoided in this particular area , please treat this mail as urgent and do the needfull at the earliest to this area so that 110 houses and houses newly under construction will get benefit and live peacefully , iam very sorry if i hurted somebody on this mail ,

ICICI Prudential — No delivery of policy even after 6 months of payment

I have taken a policy Assured Life of 30000/anum from ICICI prudential. Even after paying a check of 15000/-, I have not got my policy document/number since 6 months. I have paid check dated 19/11/2009 which is deducted from my account. Since I have not got policy or number I was not able to claim tax benefit for this amount in this financial year. Such a bad customer service is that even after repeated complaints followups, there is absolutely nothing. Please never take apolicy from ICICI prudential.

I am getting calls from icici prudential from last 1 year in the name of some Rajesh Sharma i have repeatedily told them its a wrong number and even went to their office with the complaint but till date the problem is not resolved, i even went to the call centr the call from where i receive the calls and they assured me that i will not get any more calls from them as they will put my numbrin DND but still i receive calls from them even at odd hours , the call centre from where i get the calls is of INDIA INFOLINE of Theatre Road of Kolkata. suggest me some help its a request.

ICICI Pru Premier Life And Life Time — redemption not done directly to my a/c

I had two policies-1) icici pru premiur life-policy[protected] and 2) icici pru life time policy-0235774,
I applied for the full redemtion on 6th April.
Now instead of making payment directly to my NRE a/c[protected] from where each and every investment premium was made they issued two cheques and sent it to my registerred address.
Now my problem is that the ICICI bank do not accept any cheque payment or chash in NRE a/c
Hence I had to deposit the amount in one my local savings account for enchashment which deprived me the opportunity of this fund utilization through my NRE account as per the rule as a holder of NRE a/c
Hence you issue a certificate certifying the mistake done from your side so that I can use it in any untoward explanations I may have to give
If you dont take satisfactory action then I will go to consumers court for violeting my right and getting many of my cheques issued for my a/c were dishonoured and gave me plenty of problems and defamation.

I was contacted by some ICICI agent named Mr. Ranjeet Singh(Mobile No.
[protected]) in the last month of July 2010. He contacted me for some ICICI
Prudential policy and committed me certain benefits of this Policy like this
::

"Assured wealth investment of 50K for 3 years only and get the guarantee
return of 2, 70, 000 after 5 years, medical cover of 2 lac, insurance cover of
5, 10, 15 lac, tax benefit and 20 percent cash back on 1st premium, these
offers are valid from 20th July to 29th of July 2010".

I got a message from him(From mobile number [protected]) mentioning the above
commitments and I have that message with me. On 25th Aug 2010 I got my
policy kit but none of the commitments he made to me was there in the policy
kit. Then I called him at his mobile and he said that this is just a
temporary policy kit and I''ll receive a final policy kit within 15-20 days
with the commitments he made to me. But after 20 days I still have not got
that final bond papers. Then today I called him again and then he said that
he has left the ICICI Prudential company and then when I started arguing
with him he started abusing me and gave threats to my life.
Then today I went to the ICICI Pru office, 2nd floor, Harsha Bhawan, Unit
13-29, Block-E, Circle D, CP, New DElhi-110001 and had a talk with the
manager there. The manager told me that there is no such king od policy or
benefits in the market and whatever commitments Ranjeet made to us are all
false.

I would like to say that I bought this policy because of the brand and
trusted name of the ICICI Prudential but after whatever has happened to me I
don''t want to continue this policy, since I bought this policy because of
the benefits your executive told to me but now since I am not getting all
these benefits so I would like to get this policy canceled and I want all my
money back.

So please do the needful to cancel this policy and give me all my money
back.
If I don''t my money back then I''ll file a case of fraudulent in Consumer
Court against ICICI and that ICICI Pru executive Mr Ranjeet.
I have also filed a complaint with the ICICI Pru costumer care yesterday on
call.

ICICI Prudential — wrong information, bad service

its regarding the unresolved issues in regard to my policy. my policy number is 02457557. i had asked for reissue of documents on 4th of October. i was informed by the executive at borivali west branch that it will be received in 6 working days. but it took 11 days. there was different information from the branch and the call centre. it was really disappointing. i surrendered my policy on 15th October evening,and the executive informed that the money will be transferred to my account in 10 working days. i had given a canceled cheque and specifically asked them about the time period and i was told that its 10 working days. after few days i receive a call from your calll centre and informed that it takes maximum 12 days. and today after 12 days when i call the centre for details im told that it takes 17 days. every one gives different information in your organization that reflects your inefficiency and unprofessional-ism. there was some reason for closing the policy as there urgent requirement of funds but its all shattered because of your inefficiency. and im facing some financial crises. really disappointed with your service and will opt for some better organization in future for a policy.

Recently a rep of ICICI Prudential in Pune - Souvik Pal approached me and was desperate to sell a product. He followed up two to three times. His approach to me was unsolicited and I could feel he had the Year end pressure to complete targets. However at the advise of my accountant, I let him know that I was not interested in the product he was approaching me for.
I was quite shocked when this gentleman just banged his phone without even taking the conversation forward as soon as I told him I was not interested. He probably showed me the way to his competitors by doing so and not realising that I could very well do with other products in the near future.
Very Rude.
The insurance agents can do with a little amount of training by ICICI Pru- who are desperate to sell at any cost!!!

I am having savings account with ICICI Bank Limited, Shagun Mall, Film City Road,
Goregaon (E) Mumbai Pin-400063.
I wish to bring to your attention the incidence of forcing of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance ( Policy No. 14228229, Plan : ICICI Pru Lifestage Pension Ad, Fund : Dynamic PEF) on me by ICICI staff.
Two ICICI bank staff Ms. Shyna & Mr.Javed from ICICI Bank Limited, ( Address : ShagunMall, Film City Road, Goregaon (E), Mumbai) arrived at my residence ( Address : 72 / 22, BPCL Colony, Gokuldham, Goregaon (E) Mumbai ) at 0930 hrs on 22.07.2010. Both of them started requesting for investment in ICICI Prudential. As my husband was not at home, I was hesitant to talk and was not at all ready for any investment as our family had immediate requirement of funds for housing purpose. I clarified to them in clear terms that (a) I did not know any thing about ICICI, PRUDENTIAL Plans (b) we have requirement of money for immediate use for our housing and therefore it will be difficult for me to part with money from the savings account. Ms. Shyna & Mr. Javed were bent of persuading and forcing ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy. Both neither briefed me about the terms and conditions of policy being offered by them nor allowed me to read the same. Both assured me that the paid amount can be refunded any time without deductions on surrender of the policy whenever the money is needed /required by me. They compelled me to sign the application for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy (Plan : ICICI Pru Lifestage Pension Ad, Fund : Dynamic PEF) for amount of Rs.100000/- ( Rs. one lakh ) dated 22.07.2010, assuring that money will be refunded to me whenever needed/ required, without mentioning block time.
I received the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance ( Policy No. 14228229, Plan : ICICI Pru Lifestage Pension Ad ) on 13.08.2010. I required the money badly I went to bank for surrender of policy on 13.08.2011. I have immediately approached Branch, Manager, Mr. Navin Pande to help refund. I was advised by BM that neither the policy can be surrendered nor any refund can be obtained before completion of three years and for which I will have to continue payment of Rs. One lakh for three years on due dates every year.
In my opinion visit of ICICI Bank officials at my home (when alone) and compelling and forcing Prudential life insurance policy no.[protected]plan : ICICI pru lifestage pension ad, fund: Dynamic PEF ) on me, tantamount to case of cheating and deceit by ICICI Bank. I have been duped of Rs. 100000/- (Rs. one Lakh ) by ICICI Bank. As of now I neither have money to continue payment of Rs. Three lakhs for three more years nor do I have means to continue.
I humbly request you to refund my money of Rs. 1, 00000/- without any deduction at earliest as same is urgently required by me for purchase of house.

    ICICI prudential, Malleswaram, Bangalore received a cheque from me on Jan 6 2007 as a payment towards a life insurance policy. On jan 14 2008 when i went to pay the premium for the current year, i was said that i need to pay for the year 2007.

    On specifying that i had made payment for 2207 using a cheque drawn on ICICI bank, they were of the opinion that the cheque bounced. I checked with the bank only to know that the cheque leaf is unused.

    Then i reverted to ICICI prudential again only to be said that the cheque was postdated which wasn’t the case. They knew that and also as a policy they didn’t accept post dated cheques.

    when i said that since the mistake was at there end they need to give me back dated NAV for which they promptly disagreed and said that i need to make a payment for two years else the policy will continue to be in lapse state.

    They gave a crap about how i should have checked my bank balance to see that the payment want made and that they had sent a mail to that respect, which of course I dint receive and nor do they have a proof of the same. They didn’t let me speak to the manger either because they did not want the manger to know the goo[censored]p or the manager dint want to take responsibility. Whenever I try to reach the manger on phone I am told that either she is busy or not in office.

    All this has left a bitter taste on dealing with ICICI group as such, because of their callous and indifferent nature. They should stop priding themselves has being a customer friendly group.

    i have a policy no: 04893628 commenced on 19th march2007. for 2nd premium due on 19th march 2008, i issued a cheque of rs 100, 000/= on 10th march2008 o[censored]nion bank lucknow vide cheque no 318988 & was duly cleared on 9th march 2008. i received a call from mumbai office on 11th july 2008 stating that your premium is not paid. i gave all details of our payment but inspite of all these i was told to contact to the agent & concern icici bank.

    i checked with our bank & was found that the payment is cleared but credited to different accont. when i enquired from our cheque issuing bank, it was found that my policy no was deleted & other policy no was written.i gave all such information to icici prudential office allahabad & to our agent but it was not yet corrected.

    in general, th reputation of icici bank is very bad iin the market.kindly help to get it sorted. i am not intrested in dealing such bank where such fraudulent activities are going on.

      I am facing the harassment from your company from my policy issuing date to till date.
      I have facing the following problems from ICICI Pru.
      1) I have not received any single renewal premium notice from you up to that date until when I am not calling to your call center. This is the every year process.
      2) After paying the premium renewal amount, I have not received Premium renewal certificate.
      3) I call so many times at your call center they give every time so many requests numbers but not received any certificate.
      The following request/comp. numbers are proving me from your ICICI Pru call center:

      And Till date I have not received any Premium Renewal Certificate from ICICI Pru

      Very bad experience with ICICI Prudential staff and cheating by Airoli Branch

      My name is “Kuldeep Patil” and on 26th Oct 2008, I was explained about Smart Kid Policy and was told by Mr. Sandeep Jain from Airoli Branch, that I had to pay Rs 75, 000/- for 3 years and after completion of 18 years of my child (current age 8 months), I will get around 19 lakh, which can be usefull for my child's career. Also I was told that if I will open the policy in Diwali, then I will get free medical policy along with this Smart Kid Policy. Thus on 28th Oct 2008, I had paid Rs. 75, 000/- to Mr. Sandeep Jain and taken receipt from him. He also explained me that I will be getting the the policy document within 8 days and if I didn't agree to that policy document then I can cancel policy within 15 days of policy receipt and I will get the amount back wihin 10 days of cancellation.

      After that I had to follow-up with him, Airoli Bank, Office staff and his Manager for not sending the policy document. After that Sandeep was on leave with mobile switched off and others were assuring me of looking into matter personally. Thus one day after when I changed my tone and warned them about police complaint, I received my policy on 10 Jan 2008 (policy number 10344870 and policy number[protected].
      When I gone through the policy document, picture was totally different than that was explained to me. It was that I had to pay premium for entire 19 years, no free medical insurance (but premium of amount 2403 was deducted), premium allocation charges (which was told earlier as no allocation charges), varied interest rate from 6 to 10 percent (earlier it was told that fixed interest rate of 12 percent).
      Thus After going through the document I realized that I had been cheated by ICICI.

      Thus after that immediately on 12th Jan 2008 I went to Airoli Branch and met Sandeep (once again cheat) and handed over the policy to him and also give the policy cancellation letter. I assured that he will submit the policies in Washi office and I will get the money (entire 75000) in 10 days. I followed up for receipt of cancellation, but I was not able to catch him. Once again he went on leave giving reasons about his wife not feeling well and his mother expired. Once again his mobile is switched off.
      When on 28th Jan 2008, when I called his boss Mr. Kamlesh from Washi Branch, he was also not in position to explain about the cancelleation and told that let Mr. Sandeep come back, then he will only able to give me the status. I had good telephonic fight with him, and then he told that Mr. Sandeep had not given documents to him and please give your complaint to customer service and then when ICICI will ask him to work for the same, then he will work and look into matter.

      I am very much frustrated and am ready for battle (court or any other) with the related staff.
      I recomment not to use the ICICI services at all

        I have adopt a policy form ICICI Prudential Life Insurance through advisor Mr. Maninder Gaba r/o D-1/71, Ground Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi Advisor No. 0044913. He raising some problems to us regading policy continuation. We have paid policy premium all the times through him. But till today we have not recd. the last two premium receipts. He is not picking our phone while we trying to connect him. We have sent SMS as well as personal visit to his residential address. But every time we got one answer form his home that he is out of town or not avaiable at this moment.

        This is our personal feeing that he and his family also involved in this scam.

        This humble request to the board to take necessary action against Mr. Maninder Gaba and arrange to sort out this problem.

        ICICI bank should take action against those advisor/agent who are spoiling the image of Bank.

        Hoping for an early action to avooide further harrasment

        We will be ever thankful to the Board.

          I Have few queries to get clarified from you.

          1) Due to change of my job, I have shifted my family from India to Qatar- Doha . My postal address at Pune is no more applicable. So kindly do not make any communication on the following address.

            Hi,

            I surrendered my Prudential ICICI Pension Plan policy (No.[protected] on 21st July 2007. Even after putting multiple requests I have not recieved my surrendered policy refund as yet. Every time the customer care guys assure me that I'll receive it next two days but still the status is same.

            I would be grateful if any one can suggest me a way to get my money back.
