Hello sir, I'm Vinitha Annamalai joined icici prudential as Advisor on 23/06/2009 my code is 00996677 after three yeas I got terminated .But my pan number is still showing in pan lookup portal... Plz remove my name and pan card details from it, so that I could join other insurance company because without the clearance of details in irda lookup I cant join other company .I have surrendered my welcome kit and ID card . Do remove my Advisor code[protected], pan card number AJJPV6621L . I will b thankful to u for this help . I talked to lcici Pru but they are saying that they cant help and this is not their job. Kindly do the needful

          Policy number: 17687265

          My interest payment for this policy is supposed to be credited to my Canara Bank account :[protected]

          Lately, it has been sent via cheque which is very inconvenient.

          I have raised this in the customer care portal twice, and provided the following information:
          1) Signed Aadhar card
          2) Signed PAN card,
          3) Cancelled Cheque
          4) Filled out form for the reversion of mode of interest transfer

          These documents have been sent online and also via speed post (delivered on Oct 1st 2021, of which I have the receipt)

          This issue has not yet been resolved, as I still receive my payment via cheque.

          Kindly help to resolve it as soon as possible.

              Fraud Call Insurance Policy Lapse

              I got call from [protected] and said that I am an ICICI Prudential policy holder of policy #17618955 which is about to lapse. I need to pay the defaulted payments to get the policy amount or else the policy will lapse and only ten percent of the premium paid will be refunded.               I have given the request of pf withdrwal 4 month back but still no revert and amount aslo not yet credited in account by giving all the doc adhar pan and cancel cheque, is this the way of doing the fool with employees as working so long 3 years in organisation still facing the issue in withdrawal of pf amount.

                ICICI agent mislead customer into buying insurance instead of FD

                I need to cancel my policy immediately. After repeated phone calls and emails to ICICI there is still no answer from them. the freelook period is over on the policy. i am in dire need to money and ICICI are saying i cannot cancel the policy now and need to wait for 5 years.

                  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has take the first EMI of 14k but not issued the policy yet. I have done my medical and submitted all documents but it's taken over 15 days but still the policy has not been issued.

                  This is not treating customers fairly and it's misselling. I need the policy issued immediately to me. I had written to Grievance officer but no response yet from them too.

                    I have opted for this policy. And now i wanted to quit. Regarding this I droppped mail to them. They replied like if we stop paying premium the account will auto close. But now they auto debit premium of 18197 without any notice. I want my money back

But you debit money from my account without any proper intimation on Sep 13th. Kindly revert my money back. Regarding this I Visited Anna nagar branch and raised call for refunding my money by giving letter and original id proof. I want my money back. I Have saved this money for my medical expenses. You took money without any intimation. It has impacted my health very badly. Kindly revert my money back soon. I wanted that urgently.

                      My Elite Life Super policy is in discontinuance status for almost two years. And ECS was specifically disabled to avoid auto debit. All of a sudden today, Aug 31, 2021 at 6:58 pm, amount of INR 2 lac was debited from my salary savings account.

                      My policy number is 22169764 with application number OS08824427.

                      I would like to close/surrender my policy and would like a full refund of my amount. So far I have paid INR 6 lac. I would like to get full refund of this total 6 lac amount. Thank you.

                        I got relieved from ICICI Bank on 09 Aug, 2020.
                        My IRDA got expired on the same month.
                        I have joined HDFC Bank. I am trying to apply for IRDA Certification.

                        But it is getting rejected stating my PAN is linked with ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD.

                          As Reference of My Case as ICICI Pru Insurance Policy: 21565669, I have suffered as mental more nearly frequently 1 Year from ICICI ( Insurance & Bank Support) as accordingly communication.

                          They always says about online transaction they didn't it and nothing showing in their portal because of, Policy had been lapsed in 2 years ago.

                          When, show the transaction details as bounce and successful entry then agree and says yet it did and they will resolve it soon.

                          sometimes, did the refund as credit & cheque also yet auto-debit is continue despite informed to both ( ICICI Pro Insu & Bank) that it is going on un-authorize transaction and without permission yet continuously going on despite we never allow transaction from my account so how it did without permission and didn't renewal it yet they did t automatic just giving a call pls give the feedback. despite my cibil has been more hamper

                          Connected via phone, email with ICICI Banking Support, ICIC Pro Insurance Support, SRV Team also.

                          Yet, didn't get the Resolution even just ICICI Bank say.. I should go with ICICI Pro Insurance and ICICI Pro Insurance do or send more email as scripted email or like say I should go Bank because thier portal is showing inactive and it might be backend issue even it will take time.

                          In Brief: I'm speechless about ICICI System even Still I was Happy with them Yet Seriously not happy and same thinks just did with my friends ICICI employee gave the policy even it was via Agent as commission scenario despite ICICI everything is relating with ICICI yet ICICI is denying as policy he was purchasing their product from Agent so it is not valid even he have documents and even did the formalities in bank.

                          many more, you can find out the Insurance SCAM in ICICI ( 50..80.Lakhs ...Amounts ) in Youtube wherein ICICI employees/Sr. Employees are doing there as hidden Zombies.

                          So Just Request with ICICI Sr. Management, Please Take it as Internal Audit including Risk Management because of, these thinks are breaking trust in public.

                          Please Give the Resolution & Take a View on going on Scam in even Metro Cities Specially.
