My interest payment for this policy is supposed to be credited to my Canara Bank account :[protected]
Lately, it has been sent via cheque which is very inconvenient.
I have raised this in the customer care portal twice, and provided the following information:
1) Signed Aadhar card
2) Signed PAN card,
3) Cancelled Cheque
4) Filled out form for the reversion of mode of interest transfer
These documents have been sent online and also via speed post (delivered on Oct 1st 2021, of which I have the receipt)
This issue has not yet been resolved, as I still receive my payment via cheque.
Kindly help to resolve it as soon as possible.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
