I had joined ICICI prudential as an unit manager business development on 1 of September 2021 and only after 2 day I quit and informed the same to the HR. I had only received an offer letter and no appointment letter was given to me in the time of joining. Now after 2 months they had called me and asking me to pay an amount (which is even more than my salary) to release me as I have not served any notice period. As of my knowledge I have not received any such information and terms and conditions mentioning about the notice period.

        HI Team,

        In my bank statement there are charges for 590 Rs for 29th and 30th Oct even I paid my premium on same day i.e. 29th Oct by UPI but still there was deduction in my account for the amount and from today morning I called both ICICI bank customer care and ICICI Prudential life insurance multiple times and everyone is putting blame on other entity for deduction of charges. We are paying premium with lots of effort and you people charge me more than 20% of my one month EMI even I paid the emi on same day. I am really fed up from these charges. We pay you money to hold and you charge for that money as well. Our mistake that we come to you for the policies. We should not have come for policies to private entities as thay charge without any reason. Also ICICI PRU in written given me that thay received emi on 29th of oct then why I was charged for 29th and 30th oct as well I dont know who is telling the truth. This is how private bank do frauds with customers.

        how can you marked as resolved without helping me for the issue. charging without telling me and now see the attitude of helping customer.

Plz remove my name and pan card details from it, so that I could join other insurance company because without the clearance of details in irda lookup I cant join other company .I have surrendered my welcome kit and ID card .                   My interest payment for this policy is supposed to be credited to my Canara Bank account :[protected]

                  Lately, it has been sent via cheque which is very inconvenient.

                  I have raised this in the customer care portal twice, and provided the following information:
                  1) Signed Aadhar card
                  2) Signed PAN card,
                  3) Cancelled Cheque
                  4) Filled out form for the reversion of mode of interest transfer

                  These documents have been sent online and also via speed post (delivered on Oct 1st 2021, of which I have the receipt)

                  This issue has not yet been resolved, as I still receive my payment via cheque.

                  Kindly help to resolve it as soon as possible.

                      I got call from [protected] and said that I am an ICICI Prudential policy holder of policy #17618955 which is about to lapse. I need to pay the defaulted payments to get the policy amount or else the policy will lapse and only ten percent of the premium paid will be refunded.                       I have given the request of pf withdrwal 4 month back but still no revert and amount aslo not yet credited in account by giving all the doc adhar pan and cancel cheque, is this the way of doing the fool with employees as working so long 3 years in organisation still facing the issue in withdrawal of pf amount.

                          ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has take the first EMI of 14k but not issued the policy yet. I have done my medical and submitted all documents but it's taken over 15 days but still the policy has not been issued.

                          This is not treating customers fairly and it's misselling. I need the policy issued immediately to me. I had written to Grievance officer but no response yet from them too.

                            I have opted for this policy. And now i wanted to quit. Regarding this I droppped mail to them. They replied like if we stop paying premium the account will auto close. But now they auto debit premium of 18197 without any notice. I want my money back
