[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — complain

M/ S ICICI prudential, Date : 26/11/2013 Udaipur. Subject : 1. Policy no. 17174929 Dt. 21/11/2012 for Rs. 30000/- Annual 2.Policy no.[protected] Dt. 25/11/2012 for Rs. 20000/- Annual. A cheque of Rs. 50000/- was given to Mr. Sageer Ahmed your deputy manager mobile no. [protected] for both above policies premiums before due date. He got it debited from account also. Same time he got debited Rs. 30000/- on 21/11/2013 from my SBBJ A/c no.[protected] through electronic clearance for which I never told him to do so & protested a lot. Again inspite of my protest & without knowledge & without clearing a sum of Rs. 20000/- got debited from my same SBBJ account. When I asked, he is not giving any satisfactory reply. Now because of ECS clearance from my SBBJ A/c my cheque got bounced for which I had to face lots of hardships, humiliation & insults. Not only that I got financial loss as well. He is also not giving me receipts of Rs. 100000/- which he got debited from my account even. This is sheer act of fraud, dishonestly with clients for which I am planning to lodge F.I.R. & copy to media. I am painfully surprised such acts do happen in the ICICI prudential.
