We have a problem that one of our friend expired on 20/03/2017 Name Vinay S Shirishkar bank account no[protected]. Policy No 00002273 we had submitted all documents to icici prudential Bharuch branch and they arenot providing any current status of claim till date.Pl help for the same/Suggest us the way to know the status at the earliest. lot of mail and verbal talk taken with the bank but till date nothing has been done from icici prudential.They are not explaining anything and no status is provided about the claim.
