ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — EPF Settlement

I have joined ICICI Prudential in the year of 2019 and left the service in 2020. Since then, I am trying every possible way to get the settlement amount for my EPF, and I have submitted the necessary documents as well to the given branch details/address but have not received my amount.
