ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Excessive calls and messages and mails

I have a policy with icici prudential since last seven years. The company or the policy works totally fine. But in the last six months, i have been getting continuous calls and mails from an individual named dutta jadhav to meet, call or discuss about my policy and some changes in the same.
It has been so many times that i have told him that i cannot attend every single call or mail as i am in the profession of indian armed forces and cannot be available for every single instance. Inspite of repeated reminders, requests and finally harsh words, this individual does not budge to stop mailing or calling.

I feel harassed by this individual and giving verbal warning to the individual or the company helpline does not help.
Request if actions can be taken against the individual and the company.
