[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Extra Premium charged for non-existent reason | |||||
I had applied for Term insurance with ICICI and my application number is PA49753788. I have received a request from ICICI for increase in premium from INR 16692/- to INR 23701/- (increase of INR 7009/-). The reason stated in the communication from ICICI is that based on my medicals done by them I am OVERWEIGHT. Being a Health and Safety professional, I am well aware of BMI calculations and am in no way deemed overweight by any medical agency across the world. My stats are: Weight 65 Kgs. (As observed by the medical technician during the checkup) Height : 5feet 6inch However, they are still asking for the higher premium. Was this information helpful? | |||||
