ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — foreclosed policy, 3 lakhs hard earned money - it is painful | |||||
The icici prulife agent convinced me on a policy - guaranteedsavingsinsuranceplan, and i misunderstood that as a 1 time premium of 3 lakhs. I realized it late that the policy paying term is 7 years. Since i couldn't pay, it ended up in "foreclosure" state. How can icici prulife keep somebody else's 3 lakhs money, taking advantage of a small misunderstanding of the customer, and no way to get the refund. I find this very unfair. Need help...
