Dear sir, this painful legend is before you - I had an Insurance Policy with this company - icici prudential life insurance company Ltd. Policy number is 08913243 UIN 105L075V01. I am trying to get the remaining amount of this policy since 26/12/2024. I have sent about 12 emails. I have received 10 emails from ICICI PRUDENTIAL.in all the emails, only one thing is repeated again and again that give us time till this date. This is happening continuously since 29 December 2024. I have submitted all the papers - Option Form, witness form, Aadhar card, PAN Card, Two photos, Cancelled cheque with name and account number, name of bank etc as required by ICICI Prudential Life insurance company limited on 29/01/2025 online with reference to it's email dt. 27/12/2024. The emails received by me from ICICI Prudential Life insurance company limited are as follows,... (1) Email date 29/12/24 Expected date 30/12/24. (2) Email dt.1/2/25. Expected date 11/2/25. (3) Email dt. 27/2/25. Expected date 4/3/25. (4) Email dt. 6/3/25. Expected date. 11/3/25. (5) Email dt. 11/3/25. Expected date 20/3/25., (6) Email dt. 11/3/25. Expected date 21/3/25 (7) Emails in one day. Email dt. 12/3/25. Expected date 22/3/25. (8) Email dt. 21/3/25. Expected date 28/3/25. (9) Email dt. 27/5/25. Expected date 2/6/25. Now I have received an email on 20/06/2025 denying any outstanding dues in my policy. I have received such calls in the name of Prudential Insurance thrice in which I have been asked to pay Rs.10000 and some other fees. These callers have all my insurance details. It seems that the company's database has been breached, that is why the third party knows the complete details of my policy. If this is not the case then ICICI Pru Life has done something wrong. No body took immediate cognizance against red tape and evasive attitude. They make life difficult for me in giving insurance claim. I was very upset and had to come to your door at last. It is happening b’cause I raised this issue on digital platform. If there were no dues why did they befooled me. Is it a right way to deal with customers (policy holders)?. It's just to harass the customers.
They have kept this matter pending for the last 6 months and now they say that there is no balance due under my policy. Isn't it surprising?
With regards:
