ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — life stage assured tax saving regular plan

Hi, I am getting calls from number [protected] and the lady on the call identifies herself as the employee of ICICI Prudential. She tells me that I have a policy no. 55962385, issued on 31.3.2014 issued in my name, where the premium was paid for the first year only and the total value of policy as on date is about INR 180240.75. She tells me that that Policy Name is Life Stage Assured Tax Saving Regular Plan and she is calling me to get the policy renewed or withdraw the amount.

She gave me number of the Regional Manager Mr Ashok Nanda Contact No [protected].

I need to confirm the authenticity of this call and if this is fake, ICICI prudential should take reasonable action about this fake caller using its name.
