ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Loyalty Bonus had been promised while taking the policy ,but never paid

Hi
I had take a pension plan from ICICI in 2020.
A loyalty bonus of 1% on the annuity was agreed while issuing the policy.
The same was mentioned in the ICICI site as well
Till date I have been following up with customer service, the RM, but just getting lame excuses but no corrective action has been taken against it
