I wanted a single payment instrument of rs ten lakhs as a gift for my 2 year old grand son.
Instead i have been issued a ten premium pay policy.
I am a 64 years old senior citizen and can not afford to pay any more premium.
The policy documents were note delivered to me. The terms oi want the policy were not available to me.
I want to cancel the policy under existing terms.

Updated by inder14082 I have been pursuing this complaint since 14 Apr 17 and raised the issue gradually to the highest level with iciciprulife Grievance Redressal channel.
No satisfactory response has been provided so far.
