[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — missessling of poilicy | |||
I have got call from ICICI official numbers and said I will get the benefit on my existing policy as a bonus if I will purchase additional policy of 27000 after that both will discontinue/cancel after 6 months and will get the all amount back with bonus.I have launch official complaint on same and below is reference mail put in "[protected]@iciciprulife.com" mail ID but no reply. This is with reference to complaint reference no 65253875, 65253641 and 66146041. We have not received any investigating report for our case. Request to kindly share investigation report and details below mentioned Cell Phone numbers through which we got calls to buy policy and mis selling happen. 1 Mitali patil [protected] 2 Nisha Khan [protected] 3 ICICI employee mulund branch [protected] 4 smita deshmukh [protected] Please provide the telephonic conversation happen while selling these policies and when we received the call from call centres for investigation, On my number "Do Not Call service" was activated so I have not got any call from official numbers of ICICI landline BR Amol P.
