[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — mistake and fraud | |||||
Dear sir, This is narendra sharma from gwalior, i am your existing customer of your company, last year in july i visited your gwalior office regarding paying my wife policy premium. At that time mr. Amit gupta misguide and greed me for link my wife plan to new plan for more benefit. He took sign on a form and told me this plan link with previous plan but after some time i got information about paid up to previous plan and generate new policy of mine with policy no.20167296. I complained about this so he took for free look my policy and assured me to transfer money in my account. But 6-8 month he avoid and delay it with different reasons. Yesterday i got a call for renewal premium. So he fraud with me and give a huge loss of prestigious image of your company. Please take a action and try to return my money as soon as possible.
