Wants to lodge a complain against the person. Mr. Sudipto, who has raised the policy no.20218542. He is a total fraud. This is really annoying for the customers that after paying such a huge amount of premium the executive or whosoever really don't bother to take the call for their requirements. He has put a wrong registered mobile number in place of mine. I. E [protected]. As well as the payment frequency to annually which i did asked him to make monthly. If icici pru really bothers for their customers then i expect to take a severe step against this person and allocate a dedicated exe to resolve my issue.
