Inspite of several mails/phone calls till now have not received my survival benefit payout amount to my account. I need my account with penalty. Some correspondence detail given below:-

First of all i would like to correct my yesterday's interaction id. It should be[protected].

Please be noted that till now i have not received my survival benefit payout amount in my account and now i have no other option to lodge a complaint with consumer forum against icici prudential life insurance and the same will be lodged by tomorrow morning i. E. 07th may 2020.

Credit date was 26th april 2020 and i am waiting for the last 11 days to credit the amount in account. Sms confirmation given below for your reference. So many times i was requested icici via mail as well as by phone call.
