[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Policy cancellation request due to wrong terms which were not agreeed | |||||
Sir, An Agent Mr. Vijay Maheswari at ICICI bank perused me to buy the below policy, while I visited Bank to open an NRE account. However, the message I received from ICICI prudential yesterday contain terms that are totally different from what I requested and not at all acceptable. I have lost faith and hence want to cancel below policy. Policy no. 20229746. premium paid RS 1, 01, 000/-, datee of payment 23 Aug 2016. I have requested the agent to cancel the policy 4 days ago, however he is giving lot of excuses and asks for stringent formalities. Please help me, cancel the policy and refund the amount paid.
