Hi,
I am Rupa Mondal police holder of ICICI Prudential Cash Advantage. My Policy number is 18715532.
Due to this pandemic situation I was surrender my policy at Kalyani Branch (West Bengal), however till the date I am not getting the amount in my account.
For this when we call your executive (who sale this policy to me) named Mr.Biswajit at his contact no. [protected]:
At first he fully shocked that surrender amount needs to credited in my account within a 10 working days, however till not credited.
Secondly, he required acknowledgement slip for further investigation. I am providing the same.
Now he is not picking up my calls nor answer my sms.
Hope this time I will get resolution from your lethargic team.
