Hi Team, I have raised this quite a few time by writing to [protected]@iciciprulife.com and i have the reference number[protected]. First i was promised the query will be resolved by 13th January 2021 and then i was told it will be addressed by the 19th January 2021. But unfortunately i have had no response at all whatsover. I am having a medical emergency i have already shared the documents regarding the same, my father has to undergo the Heart Surgery and i need to collect money for that.
