[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — premium receipt not received timely | |||||
Dear sir, I have submitted my premium amount one month ago in advance. But i did not received premium receipt yet now. My policy no. Is 16011349 and i have done payment in first week is sep' 17. As per your website rule it will reflect in two days after submission of premium. It also happened last year also. There is no receipt no.in premium paid certificate also for authentication. I want to know that why there is so many follow up for customer services. I will discontinue my policy in this case. Pls call me at [protected] at my registered mobile no.
