Hello icici pru,

Asper rohit devadiga (Complaint redressal officer) i have submit all documents at icici prudential life insurance company ltd, 1st floor, above hotel aroma, opp. Nesco office, matha sahi, bhadrak, orissa - 756100 on dt:27/6/17 but since 30 days past those policy cancellation amount not credited to my account. Many times visit at your local branch they have no answerd and gaming with customer last 20days. Its a very bad impact to a customer conversastion. As a being human its already 30 days past but your whole team icici pru called as a brand but its not possible for credit a amount to your customer.
Need your action regarding same on priority.
