ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — regarding redemption process

Dear sir/ madam,

I request you to please stop the below mentioned folio numbers for redemption process.

Actually i thought i want to stop monthly deduction in my saving bank account (Ecs cancelation), because last 10 months market is not good. And also i thought that i want with draw the amount when ever market is good (Redemption).

The above thinking i have expressed to icici bank habsiguda person ms. Geetha. She also accepted that and she only told how to write the letter and also same day she advised for recurring deposit. I have done monthly recurring deposit for the same amount.

But to day i have gone through my mail id i have received mail for folios redemption. Immediately i gone for icici bank for checking, but that lady today is on leave.

If now i will take redemption i will get big loss and i want put money (Up to this month) minimum 2 years (Advised by icici mutual fund people).

I request you people please consider this and do needful help for me.
