ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — request for policy discontinuation rejected

I was sold an ICICI prudential policy by an insurance agent at standard chartered bank, however I wasn't informed that the policy cannot be cancelled at any point. I wish to cancel the policy as it is no longer relevant to me however it was denied by ICICI prudential and they have auto debited my bank account without my permission. I wish to escalate the matter with Standard Chartered Bank for misguiding me and with ICICI prudential for debiting my account despite my request to stop the policy benefits and end the policy. I also wish for ICICI to repay the premium they have debited to my account as it was done without my permission.
