[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — staff misbehaving | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to highlight that today when my father went to withdraw a policy, which my sister have bought 3 years back, then upon redeeming it we received less than half of the principle invested and upon questioning on this mammoth reduction, the staff (Arun kumar singh) employee id 5006863 started shouting over my father and when my sister intervened he just lost his temper and started abusing, so instead of clarifying my father's doubt he showed his uncouth attitude. I would request icici management to look into this as their employees impudent attitude will cost them their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
