[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — updating of email address and mobile | |
I had a policy with number 16767974 bought in the year 2012 and was paying correctly till the 2014, and since the payment of policy was a standing instruction to credit card it was done which i thought, but in the mean while my credit card got cancelled and i was out of country, i sent a mail through the registered mail id stating to confirm the receipt or intimate me, I even didnt received any mail or message from the company reminding the pending payment, Ultimately i made the balance payment in 2017 through online portal and sent the request to customer care for updation of my policy details. Till today it is not done. I will have to rethink now to go for other policy, as i am regular customer since 2007 to icici bank, i am not expecting such service from your end. Currently i am abroad and unable to visit any branch, Kindly update the details as under Old email id - ganapati.
