Hi,
I reached out to ICICI Pru support with the concern of confirming my health declarations which were made at the time of the policy commencement. The reason I wanted to confirm is because at the time of claim as seen in most of the insurance providers, they say that it was not declared at the time of buying the policy. This is the reason I wanted to confirm if there was/were anything that was missing which might nullify the policy at the time of requirement.
I have been following up with the support from last 3 weeks and the support does not bother to respond to my emails properly even when I said that I will discontinue the policy if I do not get a satisfactory answerer. I guess ICICI Pru will be happy even if I discontinue the policy since they have already collected around 1 lakh rupees from me till date in the form of premium EMI.
I hope my concern is understandable.
Please help in resolving this issue as my premium EMI is already due and I am not willing to pay it until the issue is solved.
