ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Wrong information provided by the company | |||||
I had bought 2 policies - a Health saver policy and a Life policy from ICICI Prudential back in 2011. I was told that I had to pay premiums for 5 years for both the policies and that I could include my wife and child into the Health saver policy. After several attempts of trying to contact them to add my wife and daughter into the policy, they finally sent someone out to my place - a representative named Bhavya Karkala who said she would help me fix my issues. Also she said my policy was not doing well because the portfolio I had chosen was not correct and that she would help me with the portfolio change as well. But after she left I never heard from her. Then when I sent a mail to the [protected]@iciciprulife.com, I got a response that Bhavya is no longer working with them and that they cannot add my wife and daughter since I was to do it within 90 days of marriage and daughter's birth. And now they want me to pay premiums for another 2 years. I am not sure how I can sort this out. I dont want to pay for something that I will not benefit. Was this information helpful? | |||||
