[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund — false informations given to me | |||
I have taken two policies from ICICI in 2012 and while taking it, I was told the locking period is 3 years and now when I am asking ICICI is saying for every transaction there is 3 years locking period which was never told to me. When contacted customer care, they said I can use the online redemption facility and now when I am trying, it says I need to post the authorization letter though I am in US. Dont understand whether ICICI team understands the customer or not? Worst Service I have ever seen with false informations. You may contact me[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
