[Resolved]  ICICI Securities Ltd — Claim for non refund of money within stipulated time

I have issued one cheque of Rs.1, 00, 000/-in the name of ICICI Securities Ltd towards account opening in my name which has been debited to my SB account on 20th June 14 (Ref SB A/c No.[protected] and I should have got credit of the aforesaid amount on the same day or very next day itself but the same did not happened.
My Saving bank account has been credited with this amount on 24th June 2014 and as a result of which I have suffered a loss of Rs.5, 000 for delay in getting this credit.This quantum of loss is easily verifiable and ascertainable.
This matter has been raised to first level authority of ICICI BANK on 25th June 2014 but the same still remains unresolved.There after I took it up to the level of Nodal officer and finally with Sr. General Manager and Head-Customer Services in the second week of August 14 but nothing has happened as yet.
I therefore request you to please look into this case and settle it expeditiously.
