Kindly inform the status of the policy 71320544. Still i have not received the surrender value. I have submitted the surrender form on 25/02/2019. I have submitted the original lic policy bond along with cancelled cheque leaf. My policy matured on 28/02/2019. It is a pension policy. I have opted for surrender.
I have received the phone call from lic zonal office chennai about the option form sumission for pension. I have explained to them that i have submitted the surrender option. For the past month there is no suitable reply from you. Pls look into this and settle my amount.
