Icms Lic — policy bond for policy no.[protected] not received till date

This is to inform you that i danish sabir holds lic policy no.[protected] of dbo-231 kanpur.

With regret i have to inform you that i have not recieved policy bond till date. And the policy has been taken on 05/08/2015.

I am fed up of taking follow ups in dbo and do office but no help i have got. That i am writing because i need my policy bond as soon as possible.

Please do the needful so that no further action shal be taken.
