Icms Lic — policy taken premium recovered from bank ac nach mode but not recovered from bank.

Good morning sir, i sanepalli suryanarayana reddy and i have taken a lic policy vide policy no.[protected], doc 05.12.2018, s a 10 lakhs from service branch code 659. The mode of premium payment is monthly by nach mode. All connected document submitted at the time policy taken. But the renewal premium not recovered from bank account. I have paid premium by online since not recovered from bank ac. Hence help me to recover renewal premium from my bank account (Nach) as submitted at the time policy taken.
