[Resolved]  IDBI Federal — I complaint but still not received the amount

Address: pitam pura, idbi bank, kohat enclave

I, geetika arora bought a policy no.[protected], client id [protected] on march 31st, 2009 for 10 years. The sum insured amount was 500000 inr. But i recieved 3, 55, 524.587 inr on 12th april 2019. Can you please provide me the justification for that. As same policy my sister neetika arora also bought her policy no. [protected] on 31st march 2009 and she received 4, 39, 868.95 inr. As per your staff in the bank are not providing any clarification for this. Kindly do the needful. Got a email saying that my ticket number. Asked my contact number also i submitted everything. Still not received my assured sum
