[Resolved]  IDBI Federal — not received my insurance amount

Mrs. Biswapriya singha i have not received my insurance amount. I had completed my premiums with in 2018 and my payout start from 30th march, 2020 but i don't received any payment till now. My policy is money back guarantee policy. I call customer care no but they said contact my local bank, but i don't get proper response from bank to. Please i need my payout start.
