[Resolved]  Idea — amount deduct but not activate plan

I was doing idea mobile Internet (2G plan of 30 days) recharge of 170 rupees for U.P.east circle through internet banking (SBI) on mobile no. "[protected]" but still I am not able to use desired service because recharge is not done and amount 171rupees deducted from my SBI account... There is more than 24 hours as waiting to refund amount or start / operate my desired plan.
