[Resolved] Idea Cellular — abrupt deduction in talktime | |||
During last couple of months suffering from abrupt deduction in talk time balance by idea service provider. Yesterday at noon time called a relative in his vodafone number and at end of the call saw time duration 8 seconds, rs 40/- deducted. Immediately called back to customer care. They're saying you've dialed international number so it has been deducted though they're unable to place any proof. What to do? Was this information helpful? | |||
