Idea Cellular — Address not getting change from 4 months | |||
Hi, I have requested address change before 4 month in Vijayanagar, bangalore, Till now the address is not changed and no update in Customer care department. Called multiple time to Customer care and they are not responding and disconnecting the call with unprofessionally, They are promising it will be resolved with 2 days but no update till now. If this is not resolved with 2 working days i am going to port to Airtel Is this the service provided by Idea Was this information helpful? | |||
