Idea Cellular — Amount debited from bank account but benefit not passed | |
I did an online recharge on idea website on 17 August 2020 and since the money was deducted from my bank account after considering my online credit on the website, i expected idea/ vodafone to pass on the benefit. But understand that idea is blaming a third party whereas post the payment the website itself stopped working. Upon calling your customer care service, they promised me to return my money in 7 days - which i haven't received yet. I have e-mailed the query and Ms Gayathri. S from the call centre has been copy pasting the same reply instead of solving the query. Was this information helpful? | |
