I recharged today evening with idea app as idea recommend to recharge with idea app so what it gives a fake deduction what hell is this. I recharge with idea app amount rs 398 as i paid through upi this is deducted from my account and recharge is not successful yet. Idea app give worst experience to me. My idea no. Is [protected]

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that the there is no such recharge reflecting in your account. Hence, we request you to check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge as the debited amount usually gets credited back to the account within 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement from the date of the recharge till date to assist you further.
